Great workout
Got this to improve speed for me and my kids. They find it fun to run with and the workout is just amazing. It was made well and didn't have any problems with it using it or packing it back up in the bag it came in. It worked for myself as an adult and for the kids from 7 to 12 years old.

The quality of this is decent and the shipping was fast. The waist band is too small for me, and my waist is smaller than most adult males.The one problem I have is getting it to work. Can humans run fast enough to fill a chute? It just drags behind me on the ground.Good idea for a bicycle maybe …

Great Training Tool
Easy to strap on. Performs as advertised. It really is a perfect resistance training tool. Hopefully it helps my daughter take state in the 300m hurdles!

Worst product ever
I admit I was excited at first but it literally lasted all of 20 minutes before falling apart. Guess you do get what you pay for.
