I bought this for my mom for mother's day for her and my daughter to connect. IT WONT STAY CONNECTED! No matter how many times we restart the phone restart bluetooth restart the app it NEVER works! The only time it kind of works is if they are right next to each other.. what's the point of this then!? Thought these were called long distance bracelet! I'm calling customer rreport today I'm mad!! I will most likely be returning this because ITS NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS!

Do not get this. After a month of it being great it stopped connecting. Allowing us to log into the app. Anything. Iv submitted dozens of videos and pictures of it not working with no real solution outside of apologies for the inconvenience. Which are wonderful but not what I need I need a bracelet I paid over 100 for to work. Not worth the money. Time, any of it. Getting a refund has been a nightmare.

I bought these for my granddaughter and I. I think they’re absolutely wonderful and always brings a smile to my face when I see it light up. It definitely keeps me closer to her.

Bought this for myself and my 7 year old son. He LOVES it, I found it easy to connect and both work great. The only downfall his the band isn’t quite small enough for a child.

The product does not work. I bought it for my best friend and I to use as we go off to college and it won’t even work as we’re in the same room. We have tried disconnecting and connecting a million times however it simply does not work.

Very easy to set up! Got the pair of bracelets for myself and my daughter who is moving away next weekend.

I wanted these for when my daughter went to school, the unfortunate part is they have a really awful Bluetooth connection. These bracelets or something that you want to be reliable because you’re giving them to somebody in a vulnerable place, but they may be worked two out of 10 times. The wristbands were also very large, and way too big for my daughter.

These barely work when in range with your phone, anything sent is hit or miss. When not in range with the other person and their phone it's likely nothing will be received. Do not recommend.
