I am pleased with this product, as I tried 3 different brands before settling on this one. Post a knee replacement surgery I unfortunately was loosing hair by the handful, I am blessed to have thick hair or I may have had to buy a wig. lol I stayed consistent with taking the supplement for months, and my results were great, my hair not only thickened back up, but also grew. At 55 hair growth is slower normally, but this product defies that. I would say you must be faithful and take a pill daily, for some duration, I’m talking 6mo at least. You don’t loose hair if you decide to stop taking them. I have gone off and on as needed for hair growth, and have been happy with the results throughout. No supplement is a miracle overnight cure, give it the time required to work. As for incontinence it was helpful, but I also take pumpkin seed oil that helps. For women, a side effect that was absolutely apparent was the increase of breast size! But I knew this was a potential effect ahead of time, I did quite a bit of research on saw palmetto. This side effect was why I went off the product from time to time. 😉 I have also added it to my husbands veggie and beet morning supplements and see positive results for him too! They do not bother our stomach’s, no headaches or any other apparent symptoms. So worth the purchase and added regimen!

I wanted to write a thorough analysis for this product after using up a whole bottle. I am one of those people who works odd schedules and there are times I work overnight. My sleep schedule is all over the place. I take this product 30-60 minutes before needing to get some rest. This is sometimes right at 7am when I return home from work. I am one of those people who struggles to go to sleep (it takes me a long time to fall asleep after laying down on my bed) and also one of those light sleepers who wake up at the tiniest level of noise. This product works really well for me. I get a great sleep without interruptions, even though there are loud toddlers/kids in my house who wake up and make noise since the break of dawn. So a few things to go over: I love that this product has 3mg of melatonin, not 5mg or 10mg. The thing with higher doses of melatonin (for some people like me) it makes me groggy with a headache when I wake up. It’s a real thing that some people deal with, when taking higher doses of Melatonin. This 3mg is just perfect. For me, one capsule does the trick, even though on the bottle it states serving size: 2 capsules. If one capsule isn’t enough, you can take another capsule if you want. Also it says “take two capsules daily,” I recommend taking it 30-60 minutes before you want to go to sleep. Also for those of you who are sensitive to melatonin and prefer really low doses like around 1mg-1.5mg, you can actually slowly pull apart the capsule (this is not the intended use) and just intake (orally) half the amount of powder inside the capsule and close it and use the other half at a later time, for half the dose of melatonin. Obviously intaking the powder alone (without the capsule) might not the be the best tasting experience, but my sister did it and she said it wasn’t that bad. Everyone is different so do so at your own discretion. Remember this may not be how the product was intended to be used, I am merely sharing my experience with you all so that way it helps out more of you out there. In regards to sleep, this product works really well. I don’t experience the after sleep groggy headaches that I experience with other melatonin supplements. I love more so that it is a herbal supplement. Here's a fun story that is related to this. My father is an older fella…old school too. He’s been having to wake up frequently at night to use the restroom, with excreting small amount of urine every time. His doctor instructed him to do some Kegeling exercises to alleviate his problem. It took me a funny somewhat embarrassing 30 minutes to explain to him what they were. Then I remembered this and gave him a couple capsules for him to experiment with. He came back a week later and demanded I give him the whole bottle. Well ladies and gentlemen, this thing works in this department as well! Great product and love the multi-uses this herbal supplement has; helps you get the sleep you need, helps you have better control over your bladder and even more so the Palmetto extract is also good for your hair health! I also love the fact that this product doesn’t have the after-sleep groggy/headache side effects that some of the other melatonin supplements have. I highly recommend this product and vouch that you won’t have any regrets.

I've been taking this for a couple weeks now every day and no side effects thus far. I've noticed significant improvements already just in that short time, and no one can convince me it's a placebo effect. I'll list out the improvements I've already noticed (and try to keep it short and family friendly as much as possible). 1. More confidence and mental well-being. I have not only felt it within myself but have already had several other people tell me that I seem more outgoing and happy than usual, which is not natural for me at all. 2. Better urinary flow and emptier bladder after using the bathroom. I believe I have BPH issues, and I drive a truck for a living, so I spend many hours on the road not using the restroom. Whenever I've had to actually stop somewhere to go, usually it is when my bladder feels super full. I would often have to stop and start again once my bladder began to empty, sometimes multiple times before I felt like I was finished. This has essentially vanished. I rarely have had my urine stop mid-flow and if I do, it's maybe once (and briefly). I do not believe this is a coincidence. 3. Stronger (you-know-whats) and significantly more strength and volume to my "finish". I was actually getting worried because this was becoming very noticeable as I am getting older (just turned 40 a few months ago) and this became noticeably and significantly weaker. I won't go into any deeper details but this has been a HUGE turnaround. 4. Improved bowel health and bowel movements. I believe my BPH issues were affecting this as well, and I have noticed less effort has been needed recently to pass stools and less "mess" for lack of better words afterwards. And all of this in just a couple short weeks of daily 500mg tablets. I haven't noticed any improvement to hair loss yet, but hopefully with more time I might be able to add that to the list above as well. Overall, as I said, you can't convince me that Saw Palmetto isn't something ALL men (especially over 35) should be taking based on my personal experience, and I also know all of the things I listed above aren't a figment of my imagination simply because I'm taking it. Would recommend this product to anybody.

I’ve been taking these for a little while now, and I can honestly say I’ve noticed a difference. My bathroom trips at night have gone down, and I feel like my overall prostate health has improved. The capsules are easy to swallow, and there’s no weird aftertaste like some herbal supplements have. Another nice bonus is that it seems to help with hair health too. I’ve noticed less shedding and my hair feels a bit thicker. It’s hard to find a supplement that actually feels like it’s doing something, but this one seems to deliver. The bottle also gives you a good amount for the price, which makes it easy to stay consistent without having to reorder too often. Definitely a solid addition to my daily routine for men’s health.

Capsule received Very Very hot and this is a medical tablets

I tried this for the first time because I have issues peeing and get up like 7 to 8 times a night and it drives me insane. So I took two of these yesterday. When I got them. I went to bed and I was amazed that I only woke up twice and when I didn't have any problem going to the bathroom I had full power again like I had before which means my bladder is being emptied out properly. I am totally amazed by this product already just from one use one day. I will continue to use it because I could not handle getting up at night so many times and losing sleep. Hopefully I can start refreshing my body and catch up in my sleep now.
