Very aromatic and fresh
These cardamon seeds arrived so fresh you could smell them as soon as i took the package out of the amazon package. They are great in rice and tea and have many other uses. They are saturated with a strong aroma and flavor of cardamon. The bag was a great price for the amount and quality of these seeds.

Acquired taste
I ordered these completely based on the health benefits, I an a nutrition enthusiast and take vitamins a multitude of vitamins 2 times per day. These were interesting for the health benefits and one person even mentioned that they whitened teeth, not sure if that is so but it was an interesting natural bonus if so. I chew 10-12 once a day, the taste is very "medicine" flavored and fair warning off putting to people around you. The odor is quite pungent and does linger on the breath for a little while, so do avoid talking soon after consuming. Other than the "interesting" taste, which does take a little getting used to, the product does seem fresh and potent and worth the time to give it a solid try. I do find that the second and third time consuming was done almost pleasantly... almost... I did not mind the flavor nearly as much and found it slightly refreshing.

OH MY OH MY! I was wondering if I could tolerate this stuff when I ordered it. I had looked at a lot of reviews. it is definitely different in taste. Really hard to describe, maybe similar to some other Indian spices I have tasted. I just chewed on 3 pods. Don't think I want to swallow the fiber right now. But I think it is clearing my sinus's already. I believe it would make a delightful tea as well. I am very glad to find out about cardamom. Hoping to have help with sinus/breathing and digestion. Anything else will just be a bonus.

Excellent quality, color, size, and taste
Some of the best cardamom I've purchased. Very fresh, good size, color, taste and quality. A couple pods go in my coffee cup every morning.
