Not too sure if these are doing anything or not really as only been taking for 3 weeks thereabouts. I usually take one in morning and one in evening.. tablets are average sized torpedo shape and the ends are quite pointed, sometimes have a happy if getting caught in your throat but it's not put me off yet. Bare in mind I don't take tablets well.. they also have a bit of a weird taste when you first put them in your mouth... a bit like BBQ crisps, definitely no aftertaste though. I'll persevere what's the worst that could happen? ... I start to feel great

These seem pretty good but they leave a horrible after taste due to no coating so for this reason will not buy when this lot runs out
