Excellent item and easy to fix. It has two speeds, slow and fast! Brilliant and highly recommended. Battery is decent too and very sturdy and strong. Would buy again.

Was made to a very high standard, when assembling it. Im sure grandson will have a lot of fun on it over the Christmas. Good value for money.

Great item - easy to assemble with great features and solid construction. Just be mindful (as highlighted in the review title) that the battery requires a long initial charge to avoid battery damage. This is mentioned on the box but only on a small sticker, and so I'm mentioning it because a couple of people are reporting battery issues.

Assembled Christmas Eve, quad did not charge up, no power at all. My daughter was very sad Christmas morning.Customer service could not rectify the problem. They were absolutely useless. Offered me £25 to take it somewhere local to get it looked at. LaughableDO NOT BUY

My little boy loves his quad. Good quality, we’ve used it on the beach, paths, cobbles, mud and fields and it’s really sturdy. The wheels aren’t that cheap crappy plastic either they’ve got a decent grip. Highly recommended

Although the customer service has been helpful, within first 2 months of use, the bike has become unpredictable and randomly stops working, sometimes it’s just the going forward button, sometimes the on/off button despite being fully charged. So I am quite very unhappy with the performance.Stickers don’t stay in place and have stated to come off within weeks.It’s easy to use for children.
