Yes, as the other reviews indicate, these do not have the smoothest movement. So if you are going to be moving the cameras while recording, you probably don't want these. However, the zoom is nice and smooth so if you are going to set and record, they work perfectly and easily. I bought 3 and set them up super easy on the free OBS software. I used only the USB cables and have had zero issues thus far. The image looked a bit jumpy and not aligned with audio at first, but a couple adjustments to the settings and everything is working great. I was a bit concerned about these as they are "budget friendly" PTZ cameras, but I'm supper happy thus far.

Manufacturer are not perfect, but customers service can makes a difference. If I didn't come back to share my experience, it wouldn't be fair so bare with me and hear my story. I am the founder and pastor of a small church in Houston TX. I bought this camera, and it is everything I needed for live streaming, as you may know, it Pan, Till and Zoom. Beautiful pictures that makes my videos look professional. I end up with some problem after nine months so I wrote my my review then contact the seller. Surprisingly after some technical support and troubleshooting they then ship me a new camera over night. Services like this cannot go unrecognized . This is a seller that stands with their products. it was good when using it. but now the power won't come on and control the functions with the remote. don't know where to get it fixed, it was fairly easy to install and the focus and zoom were what i was looking for.

Bought one of these for a (very!) small church, to improve their streaming over the fixed-lens, microphones-included system they were using (producing unwatchable and unlistenable streams). This is NOT a broadcast-quality camera that is going to make anyone think you've got a high-end camera on a fluid head being manned by a human being. But if you can live with the kind of abrupt and "coarse" pans, tilts and zooms (or if your audience can), I can't imagine doing better than this little camera. The 10x optical zoom allows a belt-to-scalp shot of the pulpit from the back of the room (maybe 35'). The presets are very nice, as they allow the operator to do gross zoom-outs or pans to track the typical movements. But if you're tracking a "mobile pastor", the audience is going to have to live with everything happening in "jumps" instead of a smooth, continuous movement. For the needs of the small church, it's light years ahead of their old system, and the picture quality is actually really nice (probably better than necessary for streaming to most devices anyway).

Purchased 2 of these cameras for a church installation in Hagerstown on May 30th, received and mounted them by June 3rd and started using them by June 7th. The church is only using the camera's 2 times a month for Sunday services. Cameras worked well initially, however one of the camera's stopped functioning on August 23rd. The installer was called, and he went over the connections cables etc. He was unable to resolve the problem and the only thing that the malfunctioning camera is doing now is powering on. The second camera continues to work as required.

We purchased this to stream our service. Video is great and using the controls works well. The panning is a little quick but manageable. Would buy again.

this is an extremely good option for streaming or recording for small churches or venues using OBS with the PTZ control plugin works perfectly, very good and clear picture with Good auto-focus and white balance

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Randomly restarts after like 30 mins but thankfully i have a few. Otherwise fantastic camera for the price.
