The Best Brand
This is the brand that we use at the college for house plants. I decided to try it for vegetables. So far so good.

Easy use
This fertilizer is the perfect strength for my Fiddle Leaf Fig. The combination of chemicals is exactly the right formula and since using it two times a month my Fig has grown from 2 1/2ft to almost 8 ft tall in over a year. The only "con" to this product is the smell. Its organic so it is what it is. But I haven't burnt my plant with this yet. So far so good. 👍

OMRI all of the way
Great nutes for those organic people - OMRI certified means as organic as can be. the product has to be approved. This in conjunct with the pink bloom booster by Dr. Earth is excellent for first time growers. Did not even measure PPM or PH and the flowers and broccoli loved it. Pretty dense broccoli. More dense than I thought.BTW i will have a journal with Dr earth and foxfarms ocean organic soil with perlite keep it 100000% organic. LMK

Great Veg Fertilizer, Huge Leaves!
I bought this to replace a chemical fertilizer I was using. My cannabis plants LOVE this fertilizer. I've been getting leaves larger than my hand! It is very thick, which makes it a bit hard to measure out, but it works great!I cannot speak to using it outdoors, but I can say it has worked well for me and I'll continue to but it and use it for my vegetative plants!

This is now a DIFFERENT product under the SAME NAME!
I was shocked when I opened the bottle to use it. Something seemed different so I looked more closely .... This is NOT the same Dr. Earth fertilizer that I have used for years. There is now only ONE ingredient: "digested food materials." Which I presume is an artful name for poop -- an unspecified source of manure? NO more probiotics, prebiotics, humic acid, aloe vera, etc. which made the "original" Dr. Earth fertilizers so high in quality. I re-read the label on my other bottles: the original Dr. Earth liquid fertilizers were formulated with fish meal, kelp, fish bone meal, seaweed extracts, and earthworm castings.Apparently, the company is using the brand name to sell a new, cheaper fertilizer. This is NOT the same fertilizer that I used to buy!AND -- this so-called "vegetable fertilizer" is 3-2-2. The original (as of 2017 and still on the Dr. Earth website on 6/20/18) was 4-6-2. That's a radically different formulation! First, it is DILUTED. Second, it is a different formulation. I am horrified that they would make such a drastic change in the basic nitrogen to phosphorus ratio and call it the same vegetable fertilizer. For fruiting vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, pepper, etc.), you want to have a higher phosphorus (second number) than nitrogen (first number) in order to promote flower production. This is the OPPOSITE. Good for green leaves, no so good for fruit/food production. It's a couple bucks cheaper this year -- but actually TWICE as expensive since the N-P percentages are HALF of the previous formula.See the attached photo -- that's the original label, as it is on my bottle from last year, taken as a screenshot from the Dr. Earth website itself on 6/20/18.NOTE: this is the first review that I have ever written on Amazon. I felt compelled to let people know what they were actually getting now.
