It's really a good product ..I had constipation problems ..this medicine has cured my problem but I think u should not have it during period it may cause heavy bleeding and more pain ...but it's really helps u to reduce weight but plz avoid during period

My third product by this brand, in three days. Just shows it gives off that 'family' feel; you know, like your granny would give you something to aid you shed the pounds? Yea, like that feel. For someone like me, who just thinks pizzas and the weighing scale needle moves up, this herb mix is next to perfect. Apart from the guggul and garcinia, theres the antioxidant, turmeric, which is very necessary, as in the process of loosing weight, you need that to ward off toxic effects...a clever product...
