I bought this to fit on the top of a Hon Ignition Big & Tall chair. It fits perfectly and does a good job of gripping onto the chair. It serves its purpose to prevent my head from hitting and resting on a hard plastic edge when I sit back in it for a short while a couple of times a day. I didn't want the option head rest, but I also didn't want a hard, plastic edge. But for any long term use of a headrest, look elsewhere because this foam is WAY too firm. I can't emphasize that enough, as it's not comfortable for more than may be a minute at a time.

The word “attachment”, as used in the name for this product, isn’t just misleading, it is untrue. This is basically a piece of foam swimming pool noodle cut to 18”; it is no more attachable than that. You could stick a piece of Velcro, if you had some, to the front of your chair cushion and to this thing, but I doubt that would even stick. Pilfer a swimming noodle from your community pool and donate your $20 to a charity. At least your money would be put to good use and not wasted on this.
