Battery is more like a reactor, was never going to faze. Samsung S24 45W charger is weak plugged into this. I now drive it with a Dell Type C 65W. Batts charge at Mach 2.0 and don't even get warm. Not sure if the device can leverage the extra watts though, S&B OEM charger maxes at 45W.Haptic FeedbackDrop it on a table and feel free to get distracted.A handy electronic pipe that tells you when it's going to 'flame out' and when it's ready to send you spacey. No unnecessary sounds to interrupt a quiet room. Vibrate is firm. On a glass table, a room of few people will hear it. One touch resume. Storz and Bickel have always produced quality products. The Venty is a big improvement on the crafty and mighty, a real level up for portable vapes. But this e04 error is more than frustrating. I am now on my 6th Venty in 8 months!! Thankfully Amazon's return policy has allowed me to return 3 within a month of purchase when they became faulty, but for those products over a month old you have to register it and request an RMA with the manufacturer in Germany and wait weeks for a replacement. This means I've had to purchase a replacement when the first was still in for repair, that's a fair bit of money invested in vapes which don't work. What does the future hold for the Venty I wonder? Are S&B going to get these issues sorted out, or will I be continually returning them until their 2 year warranties run out?Despite investing £800 in Ventys, tonight I'm back using the Mighty again because one Venty is already in Germany and the other is now not working, yet again.

I’ve been smoking for 30 years but only mixed herbs with tobacco for the last 20…I loved the ritual, the hit on the throat, the power of it, everything. I’ve never found anything that could replicate that after trying every dry herb vape, bong, dabs are great…This thing beats everything. I tried a joint on the first night out of habit and threw it away after 2 pulls…I’ve not touched tobacco in a month now and I feel much better! I didn’t even realise how much it affects your heart. I’m walking twice as hard every day with the dog and never gas out.The herb tastes sooooo much better too and it’s so efficient it will have paid for itself in a few weeks.Well done S+BEDIT 4/3/24All was going so well until I got an error code and my vape I'd come to depend on stopped working last week.All I can say is that their customer service department doesn't live up to the design department's standards!I had to do some serious searching to find what I'm to do but it turned out I had to register the repair with them and they said it would take them 3 days to register the repair.Then I had to send the vape back to Germany to be repaired and they would let me know as soon as it arrived.I chased the repair up today and they replied to me by telling me to send the vape in to be repaired in Germany?!?!?!UPS told me this morning they had delivered it to them and now they're acting like I didn't send it to them!£427 is a lot to spend on a vape, especially when it lasts 6 weeks!Also, what's the point in pushing for medical certification if you don't have the company infrastructure to provide a health standard service?EDIT.They sent me a new one. That one just stopped working with the same issue.Avoid.Edit 11/10/24Ok I got my new one over 6 months ago... On day one, while I was using it, I got the dreaded E04 error message again! It disappeared quickly but I was so disappointed.However, when I checked my emails I had one notifying me of a firmware update. I did the update and I haven't had the error message since that day.The vape has worked perfectly since that day, leading me to think that the previous firmware was flagging up false positive safety issues.One tip: don't turn the device up past 180, it's unnecessary. What I was doing wrong at first was thinking the vapour would flow in big clouds right away with no priming. You have to gently suck some air through in a few bursts to get the vapour flowing, don't just crank it right up.Recently I've taken the base temp down to 170 and it works even better.

Im a medical patient so I decided to go all out and get the venty. I’m so glad I did, after smoking joints for years I don’t think il ever go back. You get back the money from the vape in what you save in product, rizla and lighters. The plastics are medical grade PEEK and do not leach so you can not taste plastic. Heat up time is soooo fast, faster than what they claim and it is sooooo easy to use. I am in love lol. From what I can tell they have sorted the error 4 codes that appeared in the first batch. There’s a 3 year warranty also so I have peace of mind
