I have tried a few variations of the supplements that aim to mimic the popular blue pill, but i tend to use these in the context of wanting more energy rather than bedroom adventures, as i work long hours in hospitality and can do with a real spring in my stride that lasts a long while.These capsules are tasteless and odourless and easy to swallow.Its strictly 1 capsule a day with plenty of water and with all these types of products / supplements, any medical conditions, high blood pressure etc must be checked out first.Taken 30 minutes to allow the effects to kick in, I found this supplement takes a little longer to feel the boost, i have felt a difference, totally different from caffeine and the effect can be felt for several hours.Most of these supplements mimic the blue diamond shape so familiar to many.This product contains ginseng at 150mg and Polygontum at 120mg to name a few of the eight elements in this formula.When your looking at prices on Amazon online, they also carry the unit cost as well, which is helpful for comparisons. The various brands are all pitched at similar price points and with Prime, your delivery is free.This is a 700mg formula and there are 10 gold capsules included with end of October 2025 as the use before date, so plenty of life in them and they are sealed individually.Overall i will certainly use them with my work energy needs, certainly effective.

Having taken a slightly stronger version of this brand in the past with successful results I had high hopes for these tablets. I took one for a bit of a test however nothing happened. It was very disappointing but given previous results I wanted to give it a second chance before I dove in and give it a negative review.Second time around I felt like I was using a lot of mental will power to get it going with results that I would normally expect to be a lot stronger. I wasn't impressed and went to bed still thinking that these tablets are quite poor. Before you think this is a completely negative review I do have a very strong positive. These tablets woke me up in the middle of the night with a particularly strong result, almost to the point of being a little bit painful, it was that strong of a reaction. I find the fact that this happened whilst I was asleep to be a very positive thing as it suggested it was definitely the tablet working on a physiological level and clearly not a placebo effect. Although, the timing of when I wanted it to work compared to when it did work are not a great positive.The tablets themselves are the plastic capsule kind. They are a decent size but easy enough to swallow compared to their chalkier counterparts. I'm not an expert when it comes to swallowing tablets but I have no issues taking these.

They have no detectable taste or after taste and no smell I could detect.
