I live on Long Island, New York. Generally speaking, the water quality is fine, but I always feel there's a strong chlorine taste, which affects my drinking water intake. I drink bottled water a lot, but I'm worried about plastic particles. This water filter is quite good for its price. It's not very big and doesn't take up much space. It leaked at first, but it's fixed automatically now. It seems a bit noisy when filling water. The water tastes much better than tap water, and I can drink plenty of clean water.

Love this. Upgraded from Brita after a lot of research into my options. It's large enough yet compact, simple, and the water tastes very, very good! The charge lasts a very long time, as do the filters. Very satisfied with this unit.

Love this filter. The battery lasts long— I have had it for a few months and only needed to charge it once. I haven’t had to change the filter yet, so that’s a plus. I wish the tank was a little bigger, but it’s not a deal breaker for me. My house has hard well water. This filter COMPLETELY gets rid of the metallic taste in the water. I noticed the water is smoother, and if I let it dry in the cup I don’t have any hard water stains. It doesn’t take up too much room in the counter, and its easy to fill. unexpected pro if you’re a little clumsy like me: you have to double tap the button to turn it on. So if you walk by and your arm lightly hits the button, it will not automatically turn on and make a mess. I had this issue with a different brand in the past, so I was glad to see they thought of this with the design.

I have this alkaline water filter system for more than a year now. Here is my honest review. It is nice to be able to do push botton and freshly made alkaline water for you. However, the touch screen can be not responsive so sometimes, the glass is filled but it would not stop. It happens to me a few times. Other than that, the system is easy to clean, looks nicer than brita filter. In three months, it will flash red for you to change filter. However, it is a bit annoying if you have not used it much, it is still flashing red. I was on vacation for a few weeks, and it was not able to count that. It is not a great value but the value is decent, it is not cheap, brita system is cheaper. The replacement filter for this is about 20 dollars each for 3 month, so a year will cost about 120 in replacement. While brita also comes with alkaline replacement for 6 dollar each, also lasts three months, so a year is about 30 dollars or less. If you use this for alkaline water a lot, it is not cheap. The size is good since it is square shape. looks nice on counter top for sure.

I bought this as a Christmas gift. My boyfriend was spending tons of money on water gallon jugs because he doesn’t have a built in water system in his apartment refrigerator. He absolutely loves it and has been saving money. The quality of the water appears great. The taste is fresh. The best part is, you just have to fill it and it’s ready to go versus other brands that you have to wait for them to filter and fill. We haven’t experienced any leakage and It fits great in the fridge.

Everything about it is great: The size is perfect as it's not too big, it holds a lot of water, the filter works great because the weird taste from my tap water is gone, it's easy to charge, and the handle makes everything easy. The best thing about it is that you can fill up the entire pitcher right away and not have to sit and wait whilst it filters through like most other water filter pitchers. Would definitely recommend.

I am very happy with this drinking water filter. It is easy to fill with water from my sink faucet. I just take off the lid of the water well and put the unit under the faucet and fill to the MAX FILL line. The battery charges with an included USB-C cable and a not-included USB-C wall charger. It has a rudimentary but perfectly adequate display. It has an indicator light and a touch control, drop-shaped light which is used to turn the dispenser on and start and stop the flow. I put the unit on the counter top with room under the dispensing nozzle for my water bottles and cups. You put your cup or bottle under the dispenser and touch the drop to turn it on. Touch it again and it starts dispensing water. When your cup is full, touch the drop again and it stops. The indicator light tells you the state of the battery & filter. There is a table in the Instruction Manual which shows what the indicator lights mean. The flow is not really fast, but I find that it is easier for me to avoid overflowing the cup at this flow rate. One of the best things about this filter is it not only removes chlorine, it removes chloramine as well. My water company recently switched to chloramine which is toxic and tastes terrible. The other thing that is very important to me is that the filtered water has no taste or odor. It holds 15 cups of water when filled to the max fill line. Since I am the only person using this filter, that is more that what I use every day. I highly recommend this drinking water filter/dispenser.

I know this is going to sound weird but I ended up having to buy this for my cat because my veterinarian told me the reason why my cat has crystals in her bladder and has a little ball in there. The size of a marble and was bleeding is because the pH balance in our water was too high. I bought this machine and proceeded to use it for making coffee and four making sure my cat had fresh water daily and adding it to her food to give her gravy because the medication was in the food. This product is exactly how it is stated it lowered the pH balance. We texted it with test strips to make sure it came out. Reading perfect for the application. We needed the cats recovering wonderfully. The water purifier for pH is still running beautifully and I use it daily multiple times a day. I can't speak any more than high regards to this product I recommend it to anyone.
