Didn’t realize when I purchased it that the pads you punch are soft so major plus! Love this product because it is challenging! Great for exercise and fun!

Easy to set up, easy to use, easy to let off some steam and punch away. It’s durable and sturdy but it’s so quiet even with the column all the way up. I need something I don’t have to focus on to hear when I’m working out.

The sound quality is very bad. It should at least have an aux cord to set up speakers or something. The price was too high just for that alone. Plus, it doesn’t stick to the wall well enough. You would need to drill holes to keep it stabilized but I live in an apartment so I can’t do that. So overpriced for lack of quality and adhesive not being strong enough. It would fall off the wall in the middle of the night and I would get scared that someone fell or tried to break in.

So it works, but quality a bit questionable. Need to charge before you use, and will not work while plugged in. Not sure why that is the case. Rubberized on front, sound quality not very good. Hanging the product is not on 16” so you can screw one into the stud and one wont be. Also the screws both snapped on me, so they are not the best quality either. Yes you can punch it like shown on video, but I do not expect this will last very long. I would not recommend

The sound quality is bad. The punches don’t match the beat of the song. When you hit the mat, it makes special effects sounds that ruin the song. You can tell it’s cheap quality. Feels really light.
