Game changer if you can follow instructions.
This isn't a traditional wash, and if you treat it like you do dish soap, you are going to have a lot of trouble. Also the foam/bubbles disappear quickly. Lastly, you do have to measure how much to use, it takes 1oz per gallon, if you just dump some in a bucket and guess, you might not get the great results you are after. Now that we have the negatives out of the way, this stuff is awesome. It leaves an incredible shine, better than many premium ceramic detail sprays. It also leaves that velvety smooth feeling of the paint, its not incredibly slick, but there is no doubt that there is something on top of your paint. It also does an amazing job of darkening up your trim. If you have something like an SUV that is clad with all sorts of plastic, this is a huge timesaver. Its almost like a very light coating of your favorite protectant. It also smells nice if that's what you are after. Cleaning ability is marginal, this isn't stuff for really dirty cars, if you don't wash at least monthly, this isn't a product for you. While it feels incredibly slick, it is not great at removing bug guts and tar, its ok, but not as good as a quality traditional wash. After using this stuff, I no longer need to use a detailing spray after washing, just wash and dry. The vehicle looks, feels and beads like it has a fresh new ceramic coating applied.

Works good - Pay attention to the instructions if using a foam sprayer
This makes for a very easy ceramic wax when used with a foam sprayer. When you dilute it 6:1 for the sprayer, you will still have ample suds. I soap the top of my car, use a microfiber mitt, then rinse. Then I do each side, one at a time, then front and lastly the back. If you are washing your vehicle in the sun, then do smaller areas because you don't want a product like this to dry before you rinse it (I learned this the hard way). Don't forget to dilute and do not let it dry before you rinse. Great product! Reasonable price!

They hit it out of the park with this one...
All I can really say is just try it, it's great. I've used a lot of car soaps over the years and I usually use "wash and wax" soaps (usually carnauba as the wax) to give some form of protection and boost the gloss, maybe a spray wax to boost the gloss, so my routine is usually to use a "wash and wax" every month or so, spray wax to boost the shine if possible, then a full ceramic wax every year, I just don't have the time or patience to sit there waxing any more. This stuff is crazy, I've never used a "wash and wax" product that gives the amount of shine and water-beading this stuff does, even if it doesn't last I'm 100% sold on it and will continue buying it for the shine it gives, since none of the other "wash and wax" products last long anyway. The other "wash and wax" products usually use carnauba, which I don't like as much because it tends to settle and fall out of solution, you can see it visibly a bunch of white stuff at the bottom of the bottle that you have to shake up. While the instructions do tell you to shake this stuff, it appears to be 100% clear and uniform to the eye, no settle or fall out. The one thing I don't like is it doesn't really create long-lasting suds, I guess this was a limitation of their chemistry. If you spray the bucket with a hose to churn it up it will create suds but the suds disappear quickly. Even though the suds are gone the stuff in the bucket will still work, at one point while I was using it, it had no suds at all, just a soapy/slick feeling water. Sure it doesn't feel as satisfying when it has no suds but you can tell it still works because it kind of "sticks" to the car, looks like water that clings to the paint, then when you hose it off the paint is extremely glossy and now water won't cling to it and beads off like crazy. If your car's paintwork is in good shape because you washed and waxed often, you could probably get away with using this every month, not doing any other waxing in between, just a wash with this every month or so, then a full wax once a year. In my book if it saves me time and money I'm sold.

My Experience | Does this have Value?
WHO AM I? I am an uber driver and I quit benny's carwash after 3 years of membership when I went through and it tore off my windshield wipers and they said, "Not our responsibility to fix it." I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT 1. Step one: I washed the car with the soap. It did an excellent job of cleaning off spots I couldn't dislodge and it gave the car a nice shine. 2. I couldn't clean the windows with the soap. When it dried, spots would form. I rewashed over and over, dried immediately, and tried other strategies, like, using less of the soap. I had to windex with windows. 3. Here I am two weeks later and the shine is still good, but you can tell it's beginning to wear and dirt is displayed around primary areas of wear. So, it was effective for a time span, but I don't want to wash my car every 2 or 3 weeks. Keep in mind, I do drive a lot. 4. CONCLUSION: It's a decent size bottle but it's far more effective at cleaning than acting as a proper wax. I plan to use this to clean and shine my car before placing a much more effective wax. I think calling it a wax is a little misleading. It is more similar to a good soap. It is worth the money, and it comes with towel but be warned: It is not nearly sufficient to dry off the entire car. You will need additional towels to dry your vehicle. Not drying the vehicle will likely cause more water-spots to form. If you drive a lot, this is a great option for the cost. It will likely last you a lot longer than me, because I drive for Uber. Regardless, it's a soap, more than a wax. It is remarkably good at cleaning and does leave a shine but it won't last as long as you wish it would.

Best I've used so far, definitely recommended
I'll start by saying I'm a huge fan of Meguiars products. I've used pretty much everything they make including their compound, their polish, their waxes, their car wash soap, their detailers, their ceramic coatings, their leather conditioner, their tire shine. Everyone asks me how I keep my car so clean. Consistent cleaning is key. Even when I think it's dirty, people say it looks so clean. It shines under the dirt. I've used 3 different car wash soap from Meguiars. They all work well but are different. The Gold Class is a good cleaner. It gets sudsy and shines well. The Ultimate Wash and Wax I've used for many years and it has been great. It gets sudsy which people like and adds some protection during the time between waxing. The Ceramic Wash and Wax takes it to another level. Warning, don't use it in a foam canon, it doesn't work. It has no suds. Not designed for that. Even though it says it on the bottle, they don't recommend it. It will streak if you dont rinse it right away. If you want suds from a foam canon, use one that is designed for that specifically. When you first start washing your car with the ceramic wash and wax it doesn't seem like it's doing anything but as soon as you rinse it off, you get a great shine that protects. DON'T LET IT DRY ON YOUR CAR. It will streak. I made that mistake. Wash one section at a time and rinse right away. Results speak for themselves. It doesn't replace a ceramic coating but does work much longer than regular wash and wax. Keeps water beading nicely and and the dirt falls off easily when washing. During the time between washes, when the pollen takes over your freshly washed car in an hour, I highly recommend Meguiars Waterless Ultimate Wash and Wax. You can do your whole car in 20 minutes.

Easy to use- Water Beads Nice
Good product. It beads good. Better than the RaineX I was using. It is not a thick of a product, so keep in mind when you set your cannon, you will use more of this product. At least that is my experience.

Made my wiperblades chatter
I have a new BMW with a ceramic coating. I used this for my first wash. It rained and when I turned on the wipers they chattered across the windshield. I could not believe it, in previous rain events the wipers were impressively smooth. Then I read that ceramic coating wash can be the cause - Relief... There is no question that the wash leaves an impressive ceramic film, a good thing. But if I have to take it off the windshield with every wash - I don't want it. I switched to Meguiar's Ultimate Wash and Wax. It rained today, a day after the 2nd wash, and the wipers are back to impressively smooth.

best wash i have ever bought
Ok so little back info. I have a 2022 ram 1500 bighorn. i bought it back in 10/25. the first weekend after i bought it i detailed it and buffed and waxed with mothers. so ya it a newer truck and i been keeping it up. i wash it once a week too. I got sick of just using dawn dish soap, and it was always leaving water marks. so i bought this and some microfiber towels. Washing it was just normal i do not use foam machine i do it by hand and wand and bucket. I live in florida so it usually sunny here. yes right now it only in the 60s. So i washed the truck today even though it already clean. i used this product and first noticed how good it smelt. also i bought there ceramic hybrid wax that i planned to use after washing it. Ok so i washed it and it cleaned so good and super effective. could def tell it was thicker than dawn dish soap. i washed it off and used microfiber towel to dry it. I gave it like a hour or so and it was so clean so smooth that i did not think i needed to wax it. for the price of this i def think its worth it and will be buying it again. you def get your value for your money with this product. truck looks like it just rolled off that show room minus the normal dings and dents.
