The system has been up and running for a month now and it has worked flawlessly. The System was easy to install, and the software is easy to use. It replaced an old Keri security system that was installed in the early 90’s. We tied on to the existing wires and reused our old motion sensors and magnets. We are very pleased with the product, and if we decide to expand to more doors, we will use this product. The support staff was excellent and even contacted me to make sure I didn't have any problems with the installation.

I have been on the lookout for a new RFID based door entry system I could use on my apartment buildings, that is centrally manageable.The provided software installs to a folder on your PC, and you can simply copy that folder to another PC if you need to, or to simply back it and its data up. I was testing the software on one PC, then simply copied the folder to another PC and continued on. I bought one system to manage 2 entry doors, and the software looks like it will manage multiple systems as I have 4 other sets of entry doors.You can create users and groups and assign them RFID fobs, and then individually grant access to specific doors. Once you have the permissions set, you upload to the door entry controllers and you're set. You can also assign PINs so contractors and utilities can gain access without a fob.The documentation is a little fragmented, and it would be good if they could get someone to put it all together in a single document that is well laid out and searchable. I did find everything I needed to get the system up and running quickly on my test bench, and when I did have issues, their tech support was very quick to respond.I also have a video doorbell system I was able to get to work alongside this system to trigger the door's electric strike plate.This kit is a great value, and I have yet to find anything else like it for a similar price. I'll be ordering several more units in the spring to get 3 building secured, and replace the standalone systems I have on 2 other buildings. Simple system was easy to install, however the instructions were not as complete as I thought they should be. Tech support was great and helped us through programming and wiring questions. This system is exactly what we needed for 4 door access.

Don't pay a company thousands when you can do it yourself for hundreds! its so easy and if you have trouble they are available to help! Everything works perfectly. Quality is adequate for most applications--indoor, outdoor, etc. I am happy!

I have purchased several of these units and they work well. One thing I would like to say is the support is good and if you reach out to them and explain issue they will setup a time to work with you over phone and or chat and share screen with you. They are in a different time zone than me but they make it work if you reach out to them. If you don't reach out to them then they can't help you. I give Chen a thumbs up!!

It really does do everything its said it does. I'm apply to unlock a door from my phone and program the key fobs. Its great. The support its wonderful. I was nervous about buying this a first but with the Support they offer they will walk you through the whole thing.

It did not come with the software. I emailed them and they gave me a download link for a trial version of the software but now it is not letting me use it because it says the trial expired. So I can not access or control the system at all, including adding or removing key fobs.
