Quality product.
First one had a glitch, but the seller replaced it instantly. The replacement is flawless and well constructed.

Was Good Until It Died THREE MONTHS LATER!
I bought this in December 2024 (now March 2025) in anticipation for when I go DJ weddings, graduations, etc. in the next year. I used it twice a week at church with my lights there to learn how to use it. Tonight, I get it turned on, press scene 1, lights came on, then 2 seconds later, the controller DIED and WILL NOT turn back on no matter what. Even changed power cable. NOTHING. I will NOT be buying this again.

Simple to use, works great!
The Shehds model was a 2nd attempt at using a dmx-192 console. I'd tried another brand, same actual device and it had a serious problem with flickering/strobing when adjusting faders. I sent it back and tried this one. Works like a charm. Better QC with Shehds perhaps? I'm happy with it. Excellent value for the price. You are limited to 12 fixtures of up to 16 channels each. I don't think you can use the B channels to run 24 fixtures even if they only have 8 or less channels, but! I haven't tried it yet. Seemed like I'd just cause my own confusion if it could be setup that way.

Good product that does not fit into a 19" standard rack
This product works. I use it with SHEHDS lighting and there are no issues or problems. The biggest complaint is that it does not fit into a standard 19" rack. It is about 1 1/2 inches to wide. Who the heck does that ???? So, it cannot be transported in a rack - therefore it will get abused just thrown in with other music equipment in a crate??? This is not a good design. They should make this so it fits into a rack.

Good unit, but has a Learning Curve
I have seen better documentation... but this unit does work, just takes some work to figure everything out.
