They have a 7.5mm thick cast aluminium base guaranteed for life never to warp or buckle, this ensures even distribution of heat enabling you to cook at lower temperatures. The titanium hard based layer is patented and ensures scratch resistance from metal utensils etc. The non-stick is the best available and enables you to cook fat free if you wish. They can withstand temperatures of up to 260C, are easy to clean and suitable for all heat types except induciton. The lid is lightweight safety glass and dishwasher safe.
