Not what I expected
There are so many typos with repeated sentences throughout. The seven day guide does not include the amount you should eat or the nutritional information (not to mention recipes for the seven day plan). While the meals seem simple enough without a recipe for each meal you are left guessing how to make the meal as well as guessing how much an individual serving is. The optional recipes that were included seem easy enough and do include the nutritional information. I looked so forward to receiving the book as a guide to losing weight with a seven day meal plan, but I am completely disappointed.
