I suffer from cramp in my legs at night and I was very surprised that using this product in the target area before sleep meant I had no cramp at night. I didn't think a cure could be this easy. I also take magnesium supplements, so not sure if it works on it's own. Easy to use. Will buy again.

This does kind of work, but it depends on the severity of your cramps. I had unbearable cramps in my calves every night and although this helped for about 3 hours it only prolonged the inevitable. I’m sure if you only get mild cramps it will be perfect, for anything more it really does require a visit to the doctor unfortunately.

I have carpal tunnel in my hand and some days I feel like screaming from the pain. This worked. Eventually it wears off so I just reapply it. I also love that it has no scent. Not sure what is in it but I love it.

Amazing product. Really does work on leg cramps. Easier to use with a roll on. Don't have to apply it with your hands. Bought it for a very low price on Amazon.ca. Unfortunately now the price has gone back up. This is an American product. Wish it was being sold in Canada. If you can find one buy it! Would highly recommend.
