Savoury, spicy and tangy. Part accompaniment, part ingredient and entirely delicious. Made with fresh ingredients this chutni is based on a much loved Rajasthani recipe from my mother-in-law and is incredibly versatile. I stir it into curries, pasta sauces, tandoori and BBQ marinades as well using it in dipping sauces for grilled meats.
