They were very responsive and sent the item without charging me for a replacement.ORIGINAL REVIEW_______________________You will have to check on it constantly, because it will unscrew. About a week in to wearing it, it started falling out randomly and luckily I was able to find the front piece. I would re-screw it and then it would happen again randomly. Finally, I lost the front piece one day at work and could not find it. I contacted the seller and explained the situation, but they never responded to me. They did not offer a replacement or refund for their defective product. It is not worth the money.

The media could not be loaded. I love how beautiful it is and it’s delicate but it’s incredibly difficult to screw on because it’s so tiny, my hear is now sore from all the attempts at putting the start to the bar took me a good 15 to 20 min you was getting frustrated not gonna lie but still i love it.

It was pretty but the metal irritated my old and healed piercing. This is so unexpected considering how it normally does not get irritated. I bought it because it was supposed to be hypoallergenic but it doesn't seem to be the case. The star screws into the skinny part of the backing and that was difficult.

The product is okay, I like that it comes with two length posts which makes it very versatile in case you have a healing piercing or the area where you are placing it need a longer bar. Just sad I got the gold instead of the silver like I purchased, wasn't able to return it because I was put of the country for a while, gold disappears on my skin tone so I cant even showcase this piercing

I exclusively wear Flatback earrings, and I love that these come with 2 different lengths for the post. They’re easy to put in and comfortable to wear. I will be purchasing more in the future!

These were delivered FAST and it was really cute when I managed to get it on, so stars for that. It came with one star and two replacement flat backs. But the reason I’m giving this 2 stars is because it was difficult to put on and it ended becoming loose, falling off, and ultimately, lost.The piercing is attached from the back of the ear and bc of that, it took at least 10 minutes to put it on. Then, it was difficult to fasten the star piercing and that took another 10-ish minutes. It did look cute though. When I got home, the flat back stud was still in my ear, but the star design part ended up falling off.

The top is bigger than I thought it would be. Too big for my forward helixes but great for flats. Good quality and I love that this shop sends 2 different sized posts for all their jewelry. Thank you, Fine4U!

it’s gorgeous but my piercing unscrewed after a week of it being on ): i went to clean my other piercings and then felt something fall and i only found the back of it. i really liked it so i’m super sad about it. i wouldn’t recommend unless you’ll be checking your ear 24/7
