10 star book
I ordered over 6 dry garden books last week as I wanted to become educated on this subject before I tackled my own dry garden project. I think of all the books I received and read this is by far the best. It has so much useful information such as colors of plants and their flowers, best varieties, Latin and common names of plants, plants mature sizes both height and width, water needs, great photos and so much more. I also loved that it showed landscapes giving you great ideas. You really need this book if your like me and just want to educate yourself. Highly recommend this book. 10 stars

Interesting
Pictures weren’t in color. Was a little beyond my novice experience.

Easy to follow.
Love this book. Heard it recommended on local radio gardening program. Just what I need here in Bay Area. Have all ready done my backyard in succulents and cactus and looking great. Would recommend this book to anyone who would like to cut back on water.

Works for Phoenix
I live in Phoenix, AZ and it is a good book with color photos and lots of info for here. I am not sure about other states with cold locations.

Hot & Dry Garden
Saw this author on a garden program in Austin. This area can get very dry and water can be restricted.
