Excellent for exercising arthritic knees. After 2-3 weeks, my mobility has improved, considerably. The muscles around the knees are now toned. Stay with it. I use it in the morning, evening and if I have been sitting more than an hour. I stretch my legs, using the resistance band. This is a smaller version of the one used in PT, in a hospital setting. (Hold onto the handles and stretch out your legs as far as they will go. Repeat 10-15 times, each time you use it. You will begin to see improvement after two or three weeks.

Very good value. I am trying to build up strength in my arms after an injury and this is just the thing I needed. I get a good workout without causing more damage.

The handles don't fit inside each other so you can't wrap these bands around a pole.
