SUPERB! But do your homework! 20000mAh is at 3.6v, at 5v its 14400mAh!
The media could not be loaded. imuto 100W Laptop Power Bank, 20000mAh.The imuto 100W Laptop Power Bank, 20000mAh is the Bee's knees and certainly one of the better power banks I have! The Power Bank comes really nicely packaged and includes a carry case and a 100W USB-C charging cable.Out of the box and the Power Bank is really quite Beefy with a good weight to it which is a good thing as weight usualy means good quality batteries inside!. The Power bank also feels really well made out of high quality materials and should survive a good drop and knock a few times which knowing me it will get. There are four outputs on the Power Bank, Two type-C PD ports (100W & 60W) and two USB-A ports (15W&QC3.0 18W), the 4 USB ports provide fast charging for two laptops or tablets and two mobile devices simultaneously(Total output 138W max).Charging the Power Bank fully from 0% to 100% using a 65w charger took around 1hr 30mins but this should be even less if I was to use my 100w charger that my daughter currently has, and a quick charge from 84 to 100% took little under 13 minutes. One thing I really like about the imuto 100w PB is they actually tell you that the rated capacity of the PB is 20000 mAh 72 WH (Watt Hours) at ‘3.6 VOLTS’ volts are VERY important, most manufacturers dont tell you this because mAh is a really sketchy way to advertise a PB performance and Capacity because depending on what your charging the 20000 mAh can differ depending on the voltage the receiving item requires, a far more realistic figure to use is WH (Watt Hour) because WH’s never change no mater what the voltage is, below is a list on what you can expect from the imuto 100w PB at different voltages...20000 mAh at 3.6v (Not much uses 3.6v)14400 mAh at 5v (Most mobile phones/Tablets/Kindles etc require 5v to charge)6000 mAh at 12v (Old Surface Pro)4800 mAh at 15v (Most newer Surface Pro's)3790 mAh at 19v (Most Laptops)I tested the PB several times, fully charging then fully discharging using a 2A resistor and measured every charge and discharge, the first charge achieved 73 Watt Hours (20277 mAh 3.6v) which for its first charge is impressive as no other PB I have ever tested has even got near its rated WH figure other than the EASYLONGER which actually managed 101 WH out of its 99.16 WH rating. After around six charge/discharge cycles the PB was achieving a very impressive 78 WH (21666 mAh at 3.6v) which I didn’t expect from a brand that I’ve never heard of, they are obviously using High Quality batteries inside to achieve this number which is a sign of a quality item. I also tested all the claimed output figures and I’m pleased to say that all the claimed figures are true and correct. There are obviously many factors to take into account when testing PB’s, just be cautious of people saying ‘Not the capacity stated’ or ‘Rubbish, only charged my laptop once’ because remember, it all depends on the voltage their item requires!.Overall I am extremely impressed with the imuto 100w Power Bank, it does exactly what it claims to do, and a bit more!

not a good product badly advertised.
I purchased this item thinking charges phones as well as laptop which is useful when i am travelling.it takes to long to charge the charge in order for to use it.i tried to charge laptop and main charger drains quickly.unfortunately, there is no where on items i can contact the seller - Amazon it is not user friendly to connect to seller.this is quite heavy and bulky... from photos looks good size when you receive it, its heavy and bulky. i did write something before thinking I am sending message to seller and dont know what happened there.i cant even return as main box got slightly torn when i tried to open package as it slipped from heavy of item.

Good to begin with, unreliable now
Was happy with this for a few months. It charges up very quickly, provides 100w (verified) charging power, and pass through charging. What’s not to like?Well to begin with, nothing. In recent months it has started a strange thing where I can’t charge it through the 100w socket, I have to use the 60w port, otherwise 0% increase, for hours on end.Another oddity is that the charge status (nicely displayed on an LCD screen) has become less and less accurate. 35% charge in the power bank used to charge my phone to 100% two times. Now 35% does about 5% and then the power bank reads 0%. Sometimes it has 65%, suddenly that will drop to 18%, then later it will shoot back up and be at 70+. It’s very buggy and inconsistent, but it does reliably charge if it has a full charge in it, and it still charges up very fast through the 60w port. I can’t knock off all the stars.I am charging with a Sumvision 100w wall charger and an Anker 100w usb c cable.

100W capable but cut out at 36% remaining capacity
imuto 100W Laptop Power Bank, 20000mAh USB C Portable Charger,External Battery Fast Charging ....This power bank comes very smartly packed, giving an impression of quality. In the box is the power bank, a cloth pouch, USB-C charge lead (1m long) and an instruction manual.First impressions are good, not only due to the packaging but the quality and feel of the power bank itself, even the display has a protective film over the front. This is not a light power bank, it weighs 511g (just over ½ a kilo) and it is quite a chunky thing measuring 116 x 80 x 43mm (short and fat). On the top is a single power button and on the front are 2 x USB-A and 2 x USB-C ports with a 2-digit LED display in the centre.USB-A1 has QC3 capabilities and can deliver up to 18W with voltages of 5V, 9V and 12V, whilst USB-A2 is just a standard 5V output at up to 15W. USB-C1 has PD3.0 and QC3 capabilities and can deliver up to 100W at voltages from 5V to 20V with a 5A maximum, whilst USB-C2 has only PD3.0 capabilities and can deliver up to 60W at voltages from 5V to 20V but at 3A. When both USB-C ports are in use, port C1 is limited to 60W and the total available output is 138W when 3 ports are in use, this is quite impressive!Charging is via USB-C, either port can be used and at the same rates as their respective outputs.During charging, I am limited to 60W, and I could fully charge the power bank in around 1hour and 40minutes which is quite rapid, with a 100W charging capability I expect this could be reduced to around 1 hour.I carried out a few charge and discharge cycles to get an average capacity, the charge cycles took around 79Wh each time, however the discharge cycles were inconsistent. At a slow discharge rate of around 10W the power bank lasted around 6 ½ hours which gave a maximum capacity of just over 60Wh which is reasonable from a 72Wh power bank, however when discharging at 100W the power bank only lasted 27 minutes and delivered only 43Wh but still indicated 36% remaining. I wondered if this had cut off due to overheat, but although a little warm it wasn’t excessive. I allowed it to cool and managed to get another 8 minutes out of it giving a total capacity of 56Wh.The capacity is rated at 72Wh and states 5000mAh at 14.4V, which indicates that this power bank probably contains 4 batteries (3.7V each).I’m a little unsure about this power bank, it does appear to be well made and it does deliver 100W. The cut out at around 36% is strange and I don’t know if this is by design to prevent overheating, as although quite warm, I would not consider it excessive and certainly not hot! The actual capacity will always be less than the stated capacity, the best case was around 80% but dropping to 60% when drawing 100W and down to when it cut out which is not great. Although compact, it is quite a heavy unit at 0.5Kg which is quite a lump.
