Wow! dreame H12 Dual what a machine ! By far one of my best buys this year and I’ve purchased lots of great things. I wished I’d got it sooner!. Honestly, I feel like I’m winning at life right now with this! It’s an absolute game changer for me.! Glad I wasn’t put off by some reviews. It’s a pleasure to be a proud owner! The noise level is fine for me, it’s actually quite quiet, much quieter than any hoover I’ve owned. Being able to take things apart to wash, clean, wipe over without getting a screwdriver is great! Yet again making life easier. I love it! I like to clean anyway ,but I do find this therapeutic. Its cut my cleaning times right down. This glides through my rooms over the door mats. My floors are ‘Sparkling’ & shiny 🤩 I have black mirror sparkle quartz tiles, huge difference from mopping, I’d have to buff over the dull looking tiles that mopping left them and then having to hoover and finish off with a brush. Well, no longer ! Thanks to dreame H12 Dual This Machine is utterly ridiculous! It Leaves my floors looking brand new 🤩 clean & streak free 🤩saves me hours of manual cleaning. My washing machine leaked, the hoover suction button worked like a pro and handled it perfect filled up so quick,as the suction is ridiculously strong. I just needed to empty the waste container faster. It’s a powerful machine sucking up everything in its path. SELF CLEAN MODE 🤩 is a game changer. It feels strong & robust, it looks nice, leads the way, head swivel movement is great! Edge cleaning is pretty impressive. It holds its charge well, I Love it! It’s bloody brilliant! Although I was overwhelmed opening the box thinking ‘oh no what have I done’! I took my time setting it up. The stations for both wet and dry machine are a very nice touch keeping everything together. I love the fact the hoover is light weight annd powerful, sound is quite and can feel like it’s not going to suck up due to sound, but it’s suction is strong even on the first setting. The attachments are all useful in their own right taken off and changing parts is easy. Everything is well made, it feels and looks good quality. The only thing I miss is the light on both heads, but hey ho it’s no biggy really, with all the positives I’m facing I’d definitely recommend this product. Very happy customer.

My entire house is a combination of tiled and wood floor so it has to be vacuumed and mopped regularly. This is so time consuming, I actually employed a cleaner but longed for someone to produce an effective product that could combine vacuuming with mopping all in one so I could do it myself. I wasn’t even aware if this was possible until I saw something on Instagram where an influencer was reviewing one of the Tineco machines. After researching the overall concept of this type of machine, I was happy to go ahead and make a purchase. Initially I had decided to buy the Tineco FLOOR ONE S5 COMBO POWER KIT 3-In-1 as the instagram reviewer had recommended Tineco and when compared to the Shark, Bissell and other wet and dry cleaners, this model seemed to give me what I was looking for (a wet and dry vacuum along with a cordless vacuum stick for high level and quick vacuum cleaning), that is until I checked the Amazon comparison section before finalising my purchase, where I found the Dreame brand. Having not heard of this brand before I did a fair amount of research again. I’m so pleased I did because the Dreame H12 Dual was less expensive, also include a self cleaning and quick drying function which was further supported by an average rating of 4.3 across 3,155 reviews which was significantly more than Tineco. I’ve had this machine for over a month now. It’s utterly fantastic (I can’t believe I’m actually making that statement about a floor cleaner when I hate cleaning so much). I am amazed on how thorough this machine is. It doesn’t matter if you’re just using the stick vacuum or if you’re using the full blown wet and dry, this machine will pick up dirt that you didn’t even realise existed. I tested this when I first got it by using my traditional Miele vacuum on my entrance mats, then followed up with the H12 cordless stick. I was amazed to see what the Miele hadn’t sucked up that the Dreame H12 did! I typically vacuum and mop my floors a few times a week, live on my own, have a no shoe household and a small dog whose feet are towel wiped if it’s wet outside. I tested the wet and dry function of this machine when I first got it by going over where I had just vacuumed with my Miele and mopped with a Vileda turbo smart spin mop. I was truly amazed just how dirty the water was when I finish the cleaning process 😱. Because this machine self cleans and dries, it’s so quick and easy. I now wet and dry clean 3 times a week, it picks up all manner of dirt including human and pet hair, and yes the water is dirty each time but, it’s nowhere near as dirty as the very first 😱. I have also noticed that the grouting in the tiled areas has remained clean, unlike the mopping process! Really great investment.

It's only good as a duster like those spray and go mops where they have a wet wipe at the end of a stick. It's not suitable for actual dirty floors or cleaning up spills as it just pushes the water away from the machine instead of sucking it up. I had a Tineco for a year or more prior to this one, which stopped working after almost a year and Tineco wouldn't replace it because they didn't have the same model to replace it with (that's because they keep throwing out new models), so I did so much research into other brands, including watching many YouTube videos like vacuum wars. This is just one of those products that seem to work well at first when you test it out, but when used for actual dirty floors and large amounts of liquids it can't handle it. The first one I bought was faulty, it did what other people experienced where the pump wasn't working so it said please fill the clean water tank, so I sent it back and bought another. This one seems like it's working well by collecting dirty water, but it's only good for small amounts of dirt for a short period, once the roller is wet after a longer period of use it stops collecting. It's as if if the sensors get dirty so it thinks the tank is full or near full, or a little bit of fur by the roller stops the water getting sucked up. However, I have included a video where the floor was clean and I was just trying to suck up a puddle of dog wee and it just pushes it away, even when I'm going very slowly. I'm sick of trying these hardfloor cleaners out. The first one I had was the Bissell crosswave, but the tube of that one eventually cracked and became useless (a common fault due to cheap parts).

ok dose a good job but a bit expensive

Well, what can I say? I am a gadget fiend and simply love this new toy! It has made life so much easier and I no longer have to get the Dyson out to vac the floor first. We have a dog and two cats and 3 very lovely but dirty men in this house (ok ok, they come in with dirty feet and clothes before you say anything ;-) ha ha ) I can not believe how much dirt this vac mop has picked up, as I have been convinced for a long time now that all my standard mop does is sweep wet mud around the floor... well it must be surely? I really did consider one of the new mop buckets that separated clean from dirty water, but when I saw this it was a game changer! Very easy to use... works brilliantly... very easy to fill and clean out too, and then, the magic happens. It cleans and dries the roller for you! Of course there is residue on the floor when it has cleaned but not as much as when you have mopped with a regular mop and bucket. Others have I believe been unimpressed with the fact it does not leave the floor bone dry, but how on earth could it? It is a mop after all. It does not put lots of water over your floor, and it did not clean up dried shoe polish one of my (not so clean) men decided to spill and leave on it, but then again a regular mop wouldn't have done either. Just use your common sense and don't expect more from it than you would a mop in that respect. The cleaning solution that came with it does not smell at all and it would be nice to get a scented one that leaves the kitchen fragrant... the leaflets say you need to use the manufacturers own, but I would like to give a generic one a try that you can also buy on here... would be great to hear if others have used it too? But in all... I really do like this gadget.. I think I may even give the dyson a heave ho.. they, i dont think are all they are cracked up to be for value against the pound.... I am now trying to convince my son he NEEDS one in his life!

WOW I don’t know how I survived without this amazing machine. Mopping floors is the most tedious household task out of all of them. I have tiled floors through the ground floor of my home, so filling the bucket, carrying the bucket and emptying the damn bucket is a logistical nightmare for me every day. Until Now, this magical gadget is a total game changer. One tank does my whole house and leaves it smelling so fresh and clean. The depth of cleaning is second to nothing I have ever used before -vileda super mop, flash speed mop, spinning mop, magic mop BE GONE I have tried them all and nothing compares to this beautiful creation. It mops it sucks it dries in super quick time and it even cleans itself !!! It’s a dream come true (pardon the pun) This has changed my life seriously, even my husband uses it and he moans about everything !! Do yourself a favour and rush and buy this. I’ve even bought one for my daughter as she’s pregnant and it saves her back and the boring mopping chore. If the dog pukes it’s gone, if you spill a cuppa, it’s gone if your kitchen tap is leaking, it’s gone simple. My clean water tank was leaking and I rang the supplier and they were brilliant and sent me a new one straight away. Full marks for design, functionality and ease of use for anyone even if you’re disabled you can use it with ease. It has a two year warranty too RESULT

This is by far the best piece of cleaning equipment I have ever bought. It saves me so much time whilst actually cleaning. My robot vac - binned, my downstairs Dyson - that is now in the garage. This cleans everything, everywhere. On a single charge I do all of downstairs in a 5 bed detached house, and the 2 upstairs bathrooms. I have to empty the tank about 3 times per clean, but that takes seconds and it is mostly down to me using other cleaning products in it that froth up and make the tank think it's full before it is. I have cats, dogs, kids and this machine deals with everything, muddy paw prints, cat litter, dropped dinner, hair, drinks, everything. Does leave a little gap around the outside next to kitchen island, skirting etc, which I just go over with a cloth. It uses clean water constantly, so unlike mopping, I am no longer just dragging dirty water around my floors. It isn't perfect. I do find that it leaves streak marks from the inner makings of the roller, however I am more than happy to live with that, knowing my floors are clean and I can just give it a quick once over with the spray mop if I want to add a shine and get rid of the smears. Will be buying another one, if this ever gives up.

Amazing, I don’t know how I ever managed without this. It’s totally changed my attitude to cleaning. If like me using a mop or steamer, I hate having to clean them afterwards. Trying various methods such as using a wash cycle or hand washing then waiting for them to dry. So I looked for something that wouldn’t have to do that after. This is amazing, because no longer do I have to wash up after it, I don’t have to vacuum clean then mop the floor and also then get a carpet cleaner out. All I have to use now is my new dreame H13 wet dry vac. Honestly my floors are shiny, wood or tiles with no residue or fine dust particles. I actually enjoy cleaning again! Brilliant brilliant, brilliant. Best buy ever! And believe me I’ve bought shark, Dyson and a whole load of in between. Nothing has ever done what this has for my home and floors!
