So far it’s the very good reel and easy, wife uses it all the time with no issues, hope it lasts for the price. Should have bought the longer length hose, also quick connects are awesome.

The 82’ version is excellent quality, no leaks. We use it at our marina. The length is plenty for several (lifted) boats. The swivel handle and water shut off on the handle are excellent features. NO LEAKS (deserves to be stated again) the retractor reel is very responsive and the mechanism works well. You do need to pull out at least 10’ of hose for it to engage properly.

Fantastic product!My only issue is that the hose needs to be perfectly straight in order to prevent kinks. I worry that it might eventually fail.Hoselink - please release replacement hose for this product.

This is our second Hose Link product. After two years or original hose system is working perfectly. So we decided to get another one for the other side of the house. Installation was a snap. Hose, nozzle and reel system works flawlessly. The nozzle and quick connectors a of very high quality. Although, a bit pricey, it’s worth the investment.

I would give this 3.5 stars. It's good for what it is and if I hadn't gone with a higher quality hose in the front yard, I might not have ever noticed the shortcomings of this one; for a "high flow" 50 foot hose, this doesn't put out as much near water as my larger diameter Eley hose. (Water pressure is identical front yard vs back yard, confirmed via pressure meter.) Also, all this plastic construction has me wondering how long this will last- the hose shutoff already leaks if gets tweaked at all. That said, retraction mechanism works pretty well and the hose doesn't kink too much.Installation was a major PITA- I probably should have gone with the standalone post setup, since manufacturing my own base plate to go against my siding took quite a bit of work.I will probably use this for another year and then replace it with the same setup as I use in the front yard.

I was hesitant to purchase given the high price but I decided to pull the trigger after reading all the positive reviews compared to their competitors. I just installed and began using it so I will update this review if I run into any issues. The install was as easy as can be. I love when mounted products come with the template! The retraction is very smooth and easy. I am really impressed by the swivel feature on the hose head because it allows you to move around with the hose easily compared to standard hoses that are stiff and can feel like you are fighting them at times.There are no leaks from what I can tell so far but will keep an eye on it.One area of concern is water pressure. It may just be the head and how it is designed but the spray options are definitely weaker than my other heads with the twist setting. The pressure difference is not drastic but it is noticeable. I may be able to get used to it given that it is offset by walking closer to the area given how easy it is to lengthen and retract the hose. I am very curious to see how it works with the pressure washer. According to reviews, there does not seem to be an issue.
