Excellent product I would recommend this four to anyone else that is looking for Excellent flour to use and it is not to expensive

Lovely bread flour

Excellent value, feels really soft and smells really fresh not like some of the supermarket brands which feel a bit gritty and smelly dusty. Makes very nice fluffy bread and buns. Arrived well packaged in an outer box and with a double thickness paper bag.

Great quality flour. Faultless bakes so far! Affordable with free P&P. I can't grumble. Highly recommended. Thank you!

The packaging isn't weather proof, the flour however is good for following basic bread recipes.

I have been baking bread at home for a number of years and have tried different flours. This one came out perfect first time I used it.

This product says "bread flour" and says "premium" so you'd assume the protein content is up at 13 or above.... I now see the picture showing 12.2..... Treat this like all purpose, standard, basic flour, and you won't be disappointed
