Tastes pretty good, refreshing with no weirdness, not too expensive. Been using it as an intra and post for lifts, keeps me from konking out too quick. I feel pretty good so I'll probably buy it again.

Use this for recovery after my runs, the taste is amazing, it does have some extra stuff in it besides the normal aminos so be careful in using this extra long term, but taste is amazing and I do notice a good recovery, great company!
