This product works as intended and fits me well (however, unless you have super skinny legs it's unlikely that the arm bands would fit around your high as shown in the picture). I'm a 5'7 female that weighs around 150 lbs. I really appreciate the 6 different settings that are offered (e.g., fat burning, sit-ups, acupressure, massage) and the range from level 1-15 provides a lot of room to gradually increase the intensity over time. I've only been using it for 2-3 weeks (usually 4-5 times a week) but have already noticed better definition in my arms! The design is really sleek and doesn't take up much space and the quality of the product matched my expectations - it's well made and sturdy. While it's not intended to replace traditional exercise, it's a great supplement to exercise to help improve definition and build strength/endurance in the targeted muscle groups. This is an excellent product and I wish I would have purchased this sooner. I have loved using it while I watch TV in the evenings. The material sticks very well with just a spritz of water and is very easy to clean after use. The electronic components are very easy to use and the instructions provided were very simple. The additional bicep bands is a nice addition to the ab component. I have been able to use this 3-5 times a week since purchasing and have seen good results in muscle tone. As I've been able to increase the intensity I find that I'm getting the same muscle soreness that I would get from a gym workout. So far I haven't seen any wear and tear on the belt or bicep bands and I am extremely satisfied with the value and quality of my purchase.

This product is like a Tens unit for your tummy! I have always been in fairly decent shape, but toward the end of my 40’s, I began putting on a little weight around my midsection. It hasn’t helped that I have had rheumatoid arthritis since I was a child and at times have found exercising difficult. Otherwise, I am pretty active, working 50+ hours a week on my feet. I think during the past few years my core has lost strength. Also, let me not forget to mention that I have given birth to 3 children, which damaged the muscles in my core. Over time, they have relaxed a bit. I bought this because I wanted to be able to tighten everything up while I multitask, it’s like doing sit-up while you are able to complete your normal daily functions. While doing my hair and makeup for work, I also get a little workout! The major benefit I have noticed is that after using this belt, my muscles tighten. The abdominal part seems great on first review. The bicep straps are too small for my biceps but they are on the larger side.Does anyone know if I could use the bicep straps on my forearms and or calves?

This product works really well in stimulating the muscles. It came in handy when my back was hurting to work on the back muscles. It helped strengthen the back muscle. It was a fair price for good quality product.
