Why should this be just for kids!!! Kidding
Such a super cute book! It’s not terribly advanced so not for your future Picasso but great for a young child who likes to draw. Fun for an adult to do with their kids. Great that even though you can draw right on the page you can use it as a template to draw on other things too. Nice thing if you are looking for that one more thing to add to a gift.

Fun, Creative, and Easy-to-Follow Drawing Book for Kids!
I bought "How To Draw Everything: 300 Drawings of Cute Stuff, Animals, Food, Gifts, and other Amazing Things" as a gift for my 9-year-old daughter, and it has quickly become one of her favorite books! If you’re looking for a fun and engaging drawing guide for kids, this book is an excellent choice. Here’s what makes it such a hit: What I Like: Wide Variety of Drawings: This book is packed with 300 different things to draw—from cute animals and food items to fun objects like gifts, toys, and other fun stuff. There’s something for everyone! My daughter loved how she could draw a puppy one day, then switch it up with a donut or a cactus the next. The variety keeps things fresh and interesting, and it’s perfect for kids who like to explore different themes. Step-by-Step Instructions: The step-by-step instructions are super clear and easy to follow. The book breaks down each drawing into simple, manageable steps, so even beginners can follow along and feel successful. My daughter loves that she doesn’t feel overwhelmed and can see her drawings come to life as she follows the instructions one step at a time. Kid-Friendly and Fun: The drawings in this book are adorable and charming, making them perfect for kids. The illustrations are easy to replicate, and the end results look great without requiring advanced drawing skills. Even as an adult, I was impressed with how cute and fun the final drawings are. The designs are made to be accessible for children, and they inspire creativity in a fun, stress-free way. Encourages Creativity: Beyond the instructions, this book also encourages creativity. While it provides step-by-step guidance, there’s also room for kids to add their own personal touches to the drawings. My daughter often likes to modify the colors or add accessories to the animals and food items, which helps her express her unique ideas. Perfect for Kids of Different Skill Levels: Whether your child is a beginner or already has some drawing experience, this book is great for all skill levels. The drawings start off simple and gradually progress in complexity, so kids can improve their skills as they go. My daughter started with the easier ones and is now confidently tackling the more detailed drawings. Great for Gifts and Long-Term Fun: This book makes a fantastic gift for any child who enjoys drawing, and it’s a great activity for rainy days, weekends, or after-school fun. My daughter has been using it daily and hasn’t gotten bored—there’s just so much to explore. Plus, it’s perfect for birthday or Christmas gifts! What Could Be Improved: More Blank Space for Practice: While the book is packed with fantastic drawings, I wish there was a bit more blank space after each step or drawing for kids to practice on their own. Having a few more pages with room to try additional variations or designs would make the book even more interactive and fun. Higher-Quality Paper: The paper quality is good, but it’s a bit thin, so it may not hold up well to markers or heavy coloring. It’s perfect for pencils or colored pencils, but if your child likes to use markers, you might want to add some extra paper behind to prevent any bleeding.

Some of these are really straightforward and easy, and some go about things in a strange order that I wouldn't do... like would be easier to do step 2 before step 1 type things. But they are really cute images and there is practice areas on ear on, small... like there are 3 to a page.

I got this book for my niece as a gift and I am pleased to discover that she will get a lot of value by learning English vocabulary while having fun drawing. Lots of well thought drawings that are very simple so that kids don't get frustrated and quit drawing. Unlike other books in this category that are generated by AI and feel souless, for this book you can tell that real people put a lot of work and meticulously broke down the drawing process. I recommend this drawing book especially if the girl/boy is young and English is not their first language as they will effortlessly pick up a lot of words.

I recently purchased this step-by-step drawing book for my kids along with another one and Describe the Doodle that we spotted during checkout, where one kid has to try to describe to the other how to draw the drawing doodle to the drawer which was pretty great , and I can’t recommend both of them enough! My little ones absolutely loved it—they were so excited to try out each drawing step-by-step, and it kept them busy for hours. The instructions are clear, easy to follow, and perfect for their age group. It’s amazing to see how much their drawing skills have improved in such a short time. What I loved most is how this book not only teaches kids how to draw but also encourages creativity and patience. It’s been a great way to keep them active and away from screens, and they’ve even started creating their own little doodle stories inspired by the book! As a parent, I also found it helpful to guide them through some of the steps, which made it a fun bonding activity. If you’re looking for a way to make the most of this book, I’d suggest checking it out. It’s a great companion resource that offers tips on how to explain the concepts in this book to your little ones in a way that’s fun and engaging. Overall, this drawing book is a winner in our house, and I’m so glad we added it to our collection. Highly recommend it to any parent looking for a creative and educational activity for their kids, along with the others!
