Great smell, worth the price!

Product arrived and was exactly as described. Well packaged, it arrived without damage or delay. Very happy with the experience.

This product broke as soon as I first used it...the internal spiral stick that moves the deodorant stick up and down broke...amazon won't honor my refund or return sending me to the Hermes manufacturer...that hasn't worked either...very dissatisfied with this expensive product and amazon.

It's a little confusing to open and access the deodorant. It's like ordinary deodorant in that you twist the bottom and and the deodorant will rotate up and you can pull the "cap" covering the deodorant off with your thumbnail. You may need to raise it a little higher to remove the cap, then turn the bottom in the opposite direction to lower it a little bit. I only gave it 4 stars because this should have been made more clear.

I was very pleased to find this source for Hermes products at such awesome pricing. I have been using Hermes soaps , cologne, etc… for years , so it’s great not to pay full price for exactly the same thing.
