I’ve never had a product do this but I used this with the conditioner and omg did it ruin my scalp. It made my scalp break out and itch so bad! I read that it can be because there is a lot of hills up left by a shampoo and conditioner. I had super high hopes for this after researching a lot. But I would definitely not recommend it if you have any kind of skin sensitivity.

This shampoo has a nice light scent. A refreshing smell.You don't need too much for a lather to occur. It washed out nicely. I did notice I needed conditioner for my easily tangled hair. But I have always used conditioner for this reason.I have been using it for a few weeks now. I feel it make be making my hair feel stronger and cleaner. Hard to tell on a short time of use. I do like it better than the other shampoo I was using. The other shampoo I believe was leaving a residue in my hair. My hair would appear greasy the same day of washing. I have noticed that is not the case with this shampoo.So far, I am enjoying this shampoo.

Not sure how this works for others, but for thin to medium hair, it makes it frizzy. As for hair loss, I believe it's about the same. The volume of lather seems to be better than the other one I bought, same brand, but with beads. This one has more of a rose scent. I guess the volume comes from the frizz.
