Have been using these for about two years now. The elderberry are best, then the orange. The other flavor is so awful I think they should just get rid of it and try again. Someone mentioned how trying one threw their brother into an AFib attack. I have AFib as well and never had any problems with these. Since they're only 75mgs of caffeine, I don't really get that. That guy must end up in the hospital if he has a cup of coffee. That, or he took too many. One thing I love about these is it only takes one to get me up and on my way. The energy is powerful and my mood stays up and stable. Coffee kills my stomach and coke zero hurts my teeth, so at 62, these are a life saver to get me bright and turn this immovable object into an unstoppable force. They're a bit expensive in the three packs but now that they have the bottles, they're perfect for us.

I run 6 miles every day during the week and longer on the weekends, but for whatever reason my A1C was starting to creep up. So I was looking for a pre-run energy chew that didn’t have as much sugar as the ClifBloks or Energy Jelly Beans. I found the Punch’d Caffeine Gummies, and they worked well but you had to eat 5 just to get 50 mg of caffeine. Lucky for me they were out of stock the last time I needed to re-order so I went searching for something new and stumbled upon these! The orange is a perfect mild taste for the wee hours of predawn running and just one gives me 75 mg of caffeine. My partner tried one pre-run and another halfway into a 10 miler and said it gave him a great boost. Doubt it would work for longer runs where you need to add glucose into the bloodstream to fuel your muscles, but for shorter runs, perfect!

I don't drink coffee. Try not to drink soda. Usually I drink V8 energy drink. But when I'm traveling, it's not always possible to find. These were a great alternative that prevented a lack of caffeine headache. The taste was good. Not too sweet. I also purchased Energy Bites brand because they came in small portable packages. They were awful. Energy Bites were horribly bitter and more expensive than the Gummi shot, which have a nice flavor.

Works for me. Tastes bitter but an acquired taste. Seems to keep me energized for a while…30 minutes or so with 2 gummies.

These work well for energy. I was surprised at the taste because of all of the comments. I did get the elderberry, which had slightly better reviews on the taste. I don't think they taste bad. I used to get caffeine mocha chews and those gave a good kick but tasted really gross. These are an excellent alternative to a coffee. I am truly a happy consumer. I have ordered these a few times now and the only disappointment I have is that there aren't more in the bottle. They kind of taste like Easter candy to me. Make sure you have something to eat after though because the after taste isn't great.

These work well for energy, but the taste takes a little getting used to They're pretty good and helpful otherwise.

Not only did they have an off-putting astringent taste, but they also make me almost immediately feel weird. Mild headache, indigestion, and even a bit of anxiety. They do provide an immediate boost of energy, but it's not worth it for the side effects. I'm no stranger to caffeinated products. I decided to try these after my go-to choice doubled in price. I will not be buying these again and I'll probably toss the rest of the bottle

These work good for me! Writing this review in hopes of helping another fellow Addisonian looking for energy help. I have Addisons Disease aka Adrenal Insufficiency. The Fatigue that comes along with this can be overwhelming to say the least. These work pretty well for me. Helps to give the extra boost I need throughout the day without having to down an energy drink. I’ve tried the orange and the tropical. I like both.I’m not picky. I appreciate the convenience being able to have them in my purse. Also appreciate the clarity of how much caffeine is in each making it easier to judge how many to take. Notice the boost pretty quick. No jitters. No feelings of over stimulation. Do wish the ingredients were all natural. I really try not to do anything with artificial ingredients, but when it comes to energy and it helps me? I’ll take what I can get!! The price point is lower than a lot of the others I’ve looked at.Have used on an empty stomach in mornings with no issue. Have purchased twice. About to purchase for the 3rd time. These will be a staple for me. If something helps to keep me out of my bed from massive fatigue I’m game!
