Due to some home repairs, we had to move our refrigerator to the garage for a while. This helped us put it in a good spot and still reach an outlet. I would definitely recommend this heavy duty cord.

Wanted a shorter, slightly heavier duty cord to use with a Dr Infrared Heater DR-978 (purchased on Amazon) 12 ga was too heavy, 16 ga was too light but this 14ga/15lf cord was perfect, especially at this price. Be aware that using extension cords for use with heaters is not recommended. I only use this cord for my heater at my small workbench & only when I'm working at the bench. When I'm done, the heater is shut off & allowed to cool down for a few minutes, then unplugged from the extension cord. That being said, this cord works exactly as I wanted it to, the wall outlet it is plugged into does not get hot, the heater operates perfectly. No doubt this cord would work great for other uses, just verify & match your amp rqmnts...For my limited, controlled heater use, it works great! (* if your outlet get hot when a heater is plugged into it direct - don't use that outlet!)

It does what it is supposed to and seems pretty sturdy. I bought it because I like to use a space heater while I work, alternating between off/low/high throughout the day. The other cord was getting too warm but so far no issues with this one. I like the low profile plugin part.

My wife's salon suite has some challenges, as it relates to power outlet availability and placement. I bought a decent PDU for her wall, but the cord was too short. Facing the prospect of either putting over the wall conduit and a wall-mounted J-box, or an unsightly extension cord, I opted for the FIRMERST 10' Extension Cord Heavy (White, 15A). Considering that she uses hot tools on that PDU (iron, hair dryer, etc), a 15A cord was a requirement. The cord appears to be well made, and is heavy enough for me to believe the conductors are properly sized for 15A operation. The price seems fair for what you get. Recommended

A good solid, well insulated cable for use in the bathroom

We needed an extension for our toaster oven to be able to handle the wattage. Cord worked great.

Great for a PC setup that needs power from a far away power source. I would solo get a surfer protector for possible power outages.

Bought the two-pack of 10ft cords, and they work great! Been using them regularly for 6+ months now: one for a small 115-volt portable air conditioner and the other for a small 120-volt microwave.And the cords certainly look and feel like they’re good quality, but I do think they’re a bit pricey (the two-pack is currently listed for just over $60 CAD, which is about what I paid). The higher price was worth it for me when comparing with average appliance extension cords from like Home Depot or Canadian Tire, since the flat angled plug and entirely white colour was exactly what I wanted. But it seems like there’s now a lot of similar and cheaper alternatives on Amazon that are well-rated, and even some with 15ft options.Overall, I would totally recommend these based on performance and quality / look & feel. But I probably wouldn’t re-buy them at this price point with all the other cheaper alternatives available now.
