If you have fine thin hair you know it's a challenge to find something that you can use daily (because we have to) but also doesn't over dry and damage hair. This stuff has been amazing especially at the price point. My hair looks and feels fuller. The shampoo doesnt mess with my color and its improved my ends. The fragrance is light, natural and doesn't linger so no worries about fragrance headaches ( at least for me). I also really love that they sell refill bags for their products. So I am not further contributing to the empty plastic bottle pile.

There’s a lot of mixed reviews on this shampoo, but I think people forget that not every shampoo branded for your hair type will actually work for your hair. That doesn’t mean the shampoo is bad, just that it doesn’t work for you. I switched from OGX to this due to hair thinning, but not everyone experienced hair thinning with OGX like I did. So anyway, here’s my review... I’ve seen comments that it strips moisture, leaves hair greasy, doesn’t clean it or it gets oily quick, or that it doesn’t add volume. It does the opposite for me. My hair is soft, clean and stays clean for longer than I’ve ever experienced, and it’s voluminous. Smells fantastic, too! I think it’s worth giving the product a try. I also love that you can buy refills for $0.30 cheaper per ounce :)

Although the scent is faint and smells clean, for me it aggravates my allergies and starts a head ache. If it we're not for my sensitivities this product is amazing! In one wash i absolutly love the frizz control, shine and smoothness that comes from the shampoo and conditioner. I'm sad i have to return it.

There have been loads of good reviews on this product. Typically this makes me worry that the company that produces the product is leaving fake reviews, but the handful that I read seemed legit. They did not fail me! Right out of the gate, this product left my hair smelling wonderful all day! I've used it for roughly a week now and my hair seems to have already significantly increased in volume. Some shampoos seem to lead to my hair seeming slightly greasy by the end of the day, no matter how many times I rinse. This is NOT the case with this one- I am fresh and my waves are bouncy all day long. (My naturally blonde, wavy, and slightly Hermione -like frizzy hair has always been difficult to tame.) I also bought the conditioner and it doesn't weigh my hair down at all, but does keep the frizz away. Overall, I'm truly impressed by this product. The benefits far outweigh the cost, which is already low. I absolutely recommend this product.

It will just give you frizz and your hair will look opaque and dry. Too expensive to get those results.

I don’t give recommendations and I will not claim my hair looks and feels thicker but, it seems it does to me. Before: Couldn’t get away without washing my hair every 2 or 3 days. The day I washed it was a good hair day. The 2nd and 3rd day I had to style it in a ponytail or braids or my hair is limp and oily. After: I can get away with washing my hair almost once a week! I now have 2-3 good hair days and then style it in a ponytail or braids for a couple of days and it doesn’t look so oily and flat. I now can wash it every 5 or 6 days. It has a very nice clean scent and I’ve stopped looking for and buying all the other national brands that hype their shampoo for it’s properties of improving hair. I really don’t know if my hair has actually changed or if this shampoo is doing it’s “magic” and improving the results I can get with using this shampoo. I also use their conditioner and scalp cleansing product. The conditioner is very light, doesn’t seem to weigh down my hair at all. More to come about the scalp cleanser.

i requested a return because the original purchased item also had the pump broken. pictured is the replacement i was sent, still in the packaging. the pump is apparently very fragile because every time, i receive it broken. the product is good and it smells lovely, i've just lost hope in ever receiving a bottle that isn't in pieces. i just want to take a shower

I buy these products for my daughter who likes receiving them any time I'm looking for a nice gift for her.
