This 18 inch necklace itself is a beautiful specimen, even though I'm not clear on whether it's sterling silver or a combination of sterling silver and stainless steel according to the description. The Clasp has the 925 stamp of sterling silver and is very strong and appears be exceptionally secure one Locked into place. And we'll Worth the $37.99 I paid.
