This pump worked very well when emptying stale fuel from a car which had been dry stored for a very long period. The hand pump and air extract features make it extremely useful for use in a home garage. it makes changing engine oil via the dipstick tube a very clean and convenient process.One of my cars does not have a dipstick since the oil level is measured and displayed electronically, it does,however, still have the tube where a dipstick would normally be and this can be utilized..Using an air compressor with this unit to for an oil change takes a reasonable amount of time to complete however it is completely handsfree during the process leaving the user free to do other things.

What a pile of junk! My Audi takes nearly 7 litres of oil so I ordered a 9 litre unit.What arrived was a 6.5 litre unit, a handful of fittings, no instructions for that model and a hand pump that doesn’t create enough vacuum to pull oil out of the sump. After messing around with my compressor fittings I managed to get it working but it took nearly 2 hours to empty the sump. The only positive is there was no mess. I would have returned it but I needed to change the oil before a long journey at the weekend. Very disappointed ☹️
