I have a 2005 Mustang GT that has round air vents. The ad says for 2015 and newer. I bought this with hopes that it would fit my car, and it did! The mount pushes against the inside of the air vent, not on the vent fins. So, not much chance of it breaking the vent fins. I am so pleased with it! It holds my phone in place, no sliding around. It has space at the bottom of the holder so your phone can be plugged in on a (separate) charger. It is adjustable, tilts back, forth and turns left, right, so you can have your phone in landscape mode or portrait. Once you have it adjusted just tighten the nut at the back of the holder. If you have an older model Mustang, give this one a try. It's made of plastic, but what isn't these days? It seems well made and fairly sturdy. I have high hopes.

I bought another cell phone holder for the vent and didn't realize it doesn't work on round vents. There is not much to choose from. I read some of the bad reviews, but then watched the video and decided to give it a try since Amazon is great about returns. This cell phone holder is perfect. Seconds to install and works very well. I did lots of driving where I need my GPS. Bumpy roads, highways, no issue, is secure. I love that it has the bottom holder as well for your phone. Perfect!

Works well for my mustang air vents! Use it everyday. Not good for big or heavy phones like my husband's. You have to tighten the back sometimes. Works for my phone perfect.

The quality is actually not bad and is easy to operate. I tried this in the round vent of my 2013 Jeep Wrangler and the mount could not stay vertical unless I was to glue the mount or the rotating vent in place.

It was difficult to find a cell phone holder that fits the round vents on the new Ford Mustang, but this one works great. Snug fit, adjustable, and it stays in place. (My Mustang is a 2019)

Since the gen6 Mustang has plenty of AC vents I didn't mind partially covering one. It's well designed, easy to use and secures the phone well. It was the only convenient and affordable solution to what to do with the phone problem. It looks good too.

No instructions, but straightforward. Ball will go inside hole when screw is loosened all the way. Construction allows it to b tilted, also quickly flips between portrait & landscape. Push tab expands arms, allowing phones of various sizes. Surprisingly secure cuz it doesn't move at all. Dropped from 5 to 1 star: it's been only a few wks, but the 2 pegs on one leg broke. So now it's completely useless! So much better than my old windshield attaching one! (That one jiggles like crazy & is also unsightly).

Works perfect on our Mustang gt 2015! Very practical and easy to use it’s very sturdy as well dose it’s job!
