Excellent for pens or insulin. I like how cool it kept the meds and the design was perfect. Mine never gets stopped at TSA. Our other insulten holder always gets checked. We liked it so much we bought 2 and then had a family member buy 1 too. If you have to keep medicine cool, this is for you.

This works great. I had a full day of travel and it was still very cold when I finally got home.

Tried this out and put a probe thermometer inside to see if it would keep meds cold. 48 hours later and the temp is still around 40 degrees!

This will keep my insulin cold for days. Such a game changer 100% recommend!

Haven’t traveled with it yet, but initial trials have been great. Keeps my Benlysta cold enough until I can get it to a refrigerator. Great ti not have to miss a dose while traveling.

Perfect to carry my medicine on trips with me. Use it ever since I bought it. Only downside is if I need to take two pens; it is a very tight fit.

Works exactly as expected. I used it for 12 hours yesterday, and the insulin was still as cold at the end of the day as it when I put it in the container.

I have been using this case on trips and I really like it. I recently bought another one for my husband as he also takes a pen for a once a week shot for diabetes. It stays cold for the hours needed and is easy to store
