Worked for about 6 months. The plastic front cover seems to have degraded and fell apart at the corners allowing water to get inside.

Excellent customer service. Works well and easy to install The batteries that came with it didn’t last very long so replaced them by Duracell what is easy to do .

I purchased this with my Amazon search for "water flow meter 3/4". I was presented this product. No where does it state that it will measure potable water. Water is just implied - since it is a liquid. The unit arrived and when opened up smelled like petroleum products. Not sure if it is lubrication or protection of the surfaces. I am not sure of what the affect may be to my potable water, nor the water on the "lubrication" if any. As well, the aluminium / steel construction in my copper pipe environment may be a long term problem because of dis-similar metals. I cannot find the vendor's website to reach out. Frustrated.

It worked for about 1 month, the housing is leaking and the display has stopped working. This is my second one, the first one worked fine and I was very happy with it. The rear of the housing has 2 small pin holes in the casting. I'm really disappointed.
