Defender Heavy Duty Reel 4-Way 50 m 230V 13A (E86515)

I needed an extension cord to allow me to mow the top end of my very large lawn with my electric lawn mower. This is very sturdy and easy to use. It feels quite strong and because of the design it is light weight and very user friendly. Easy to reel the cord back onto the reel which when you have a long cord could be quite a hassle usually. I am very happy with this product and after using it I think that it is great value for money. I will be happy to recommend this product.

Part of My work involves street works. Being in London, getting power to the area I'm working can sometimes be a pain. This extension lead is so long I haven't even got halfway unrealed on it yet. I have an inverter in my van and I plug this into it to run a wet vac and a variety of 240v power tools. It has had no problems in delivering the power required. I like the way it unwinds too. Plug it in and walk toward where I'm working and it will unwind nice and smooth without pulling on the plug. Winds back up smooth and easy too. All in all its a great extension lead and a welcomed addition to my work gear. Highly recommend 👍

I don't know exactly what to say about this cable but it is exactly how I expected maybe even better because this cable is strong is working perfectly it feels real is not fake I think it is capable of handling the amount of power it is supposed to. I'm not the cable expert I don't have anything to measure how much power or current should go through a specific cable I just know that I'm happy with this product. I have no complain. thank you

This extension cable was purchased exclusively to use with a 3kW emergency generator supplying the office during power cuts. It has been used rarely, but has done what it is supposed to do. It is strongly build so should last a long time. I expect it will be used a lot more in winter 2022/23 due to weaknesses in the UK's infrastructure.

Great item. Delivered quickly. Unfortunately my husband cut through the wire within a few weeks of having it but the safety cut off worked with no problems. My husband repaired the wire and it has worked well since repair. I also used it after the repair and it over heated as I hadn't unraveled the whole lead. Again even with the fix the safety cut out kicked in and switched the power off. Only point my hasbnad made was if the cord was a brighter colour he may have spotted it easier and might have avoided cutting through it but otherwise great value and defo recommend

Fantastic quality - nice and heavy duty and should last a long time. Even driven over the lead with the quad by mistake and still all good. Nice long length and unlike some previous extensions I've bought these reels back up easily without getting tangled. Bought two of these nearly 3 years ago and still going strong.
