great addition to one's collection

This is a bold book requiring high skill levels to achieve perfect results. However, it also covers a wide range of techniques which are helpfully broken down into small steps that the average or enthusiastic beginner can attempt with remarkable results. Careful reading of the entire book by the novice will show areas that enable all levels of skills that can be attempted or modified.

I have all three in the series and I wish there were more. Well illustrated, wonderful step by step instructions. A valuable addition to a cake decorators library

BEAUTIFUL & INFORMATIVE!

I was very impressed with this book. It has such a wide variety of techniques. This is a book any serious sugar artist will what to have for reference and inspiration.

this book has wonderful instructions. It is pretty advanced and requires some equipment hunting but that is what I wanted. this would make a good textbook for a cake decorating class. It didn't have quite as many techniques as I was hoping for but i still learned alot.

Ho comprato tutti e tre i libri della serie e mi sono piaciuti moltissimo. Sono una specie di enciclopedia della decorazione. Le tecniche ci sono tutte e anche molto ben spiegate con le belle foto. Bisogna conoscere almeno un pò di inglese per leggere i consigli e i suggerimenti per decorazioni di sicuro successo però le foto sono molto esplicative, sufficienti anche a chi di inglese ne mastica poco. Mi ha entusiasmata.

They however don't share tracking no. for the order which is very strange! It becomes difficult to know where the order is.

I love all Nicholas Lodge books!! So happy to have this one
