Pros: Installation (Pairing) was easy. Sound quality is great. The Earbud Earhooks are very flexible and don't fall out. Very comfortable when used for long periods of time. The multiple sizes of eartips is convenient and a sure fit a small ear canal. Cons: Pairing - Most times I have to disconnect (turn off) the pairing to my computer before the Earbuds will auto pair to my phone. Overall this product is a great deal for the price. I would recommend this product.

Great purchase for the price. I bought these not having owned any other pair before. I had no idea which ones to buy and didn’t want to spend a hundred dollars on name brands if I didn’t know if I would even use them that much. I have very small ears and needed something to go around my ear and not irritate them. These do a great job and the sound is very clear. Battery life holds strong. I have used them all week for a total of about 10 hrs and haven’t had to charge them. Phone calls are clear and easy to use. They connect easily to WiFi and you can walk around the room without holding your phone. Love these! As with other reviews I read about these the only bad thing I would have to mention is the lid of the holder. Not that it is a huge problem but the lid does want to shut back down. It is just very light weight and snaps back shut. But that really doesn’t bother me. Hope this helps. I’m satisfied with them!

Absolutely the best value for the money! I would never expect a budget headset to have the sound this one does -- full spectrum of sound, perfect for music. I would easily consider paying almost double. Paired quickly, easy to use, and a great selection of colors, combined with lightweight and comfortable earpieces makes this a win.

it connects very quickly once you turn them on but my set of earbuds randomly disconnects even if im right by my phone! sometimes only one side will go out while the other is fine and it happens when i dont touch the 'buttons'. that kinda makes me nervous since i listen to music on public transport and dont wanna subject anyone else with my noise 😭 its pretty comfortable and hooks around the ears pretty well! ive bought other earbuds that were more useful and lasted longer in terms of battery life (not sure about overall lifespan but ive had them for a couple months). i rarely use them because of connection issue. this was a cheap little gift to myself for christmas an probably overestimated the quality since i had a good time w/ other products but thats on me haha you get what you pay for! it works, audio is good, connection is quick by spotty, the design is compact so its good for travel!
