Best and most noticeable rear light I ever had or saw. I ride all year in New England and it has been durable so far. Once had an issue with the light not charging anymore and got a free replacement.

I BOUGHT 2 OF THESE FOR THE REAR FENDERS OF MY TRICYCLE. I PLACED THEM OVER THE REFLECTORS AND THEY ARE VERY BRIGHT, DAY AND NIGHT. THE BRAKE LIGHT FUNCTION IS GREAT, ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT. I TAKE THEM OFF DURING THE DAY, AS I WORRY ABOUT SUN EXPOSURE DRAINING POWER IN EACH OF THEM, WHILE OUTSIDE NOT BEING RIDDEN. THEY CHARGE QUICKLY, BLINK WHEN CHARGING AND STOP WHEN CHARGED. I LOVE THESE LITTLE LIGHTS!

Small but very visible. Quick charge. Good battery life. I use this on every daytime ride I do.

Update: I did reach out to magicshine and they replaced my light with their warrantee on the battery. Great customer service responded to my email in 24 hours and I had a replacement in about 5 days. Raising my score from a 2 to a 4 for this. I have been looking for the perfect rear bike light and thought this was it. I wanted a bright rear tail light as I do a lot of commuting to work and use some streets that have some heavy traffic. I ended up buying this one after LOVING my Magicshine 1200 front light. This light is very bright and I like that it also has a light that aims down lighting up the ground underneath you for extra visibility from all directions. It charges by USB C which was something I really wanted as most other lights still use micro USB and those cables are getting obsolete and I prefer all my stuff to charge with the same cable. So far, it has been doing every thing I wanted it to. I also love that this light had a quarter turn twist And lock mount for super easy attaching to the bike. This is very similar to a Garmin mount but a little smaller. One thing I wish this light would do is remember the setting you were on when you turn it back on. There are a lot of settings and it feels like you have to scroll thru all the presets every time you turn the light on. That I can live with, but the issue is the battery. Unless you charge it every day, this will not last. They are talking about 30+ hours of battery life in the adds. But I ride an hour a day and I can only get a day or two and its done (2 hours total). I would love to find a light that I can charge on Sunday and will last (5) 1 hour rides until the next Sunday. I have also done some longer rides that were about 6 hours long and only about half the time it would last until the end. The RN1200 headlight is amazing and will hold a charge for days, I wish this light was as reliable.

Awesome light. Easy to mount and nice and bright. The battery holds up well and is easy to recharge with a computer port this is functions better than my other two rear facing lights on two different bicycles. I have it mounted on a longer backyard mechanic affair on my recumbent trike and it’s stable enough for my purposes. Honestly , it is amazing how bright it is. I feel way safer with this light than the other I have. Personally, I might buy a couple more for use on a couple of my two wheel bikes. 200 lumans is pretty nice to have riding in traffic.

The light is super bright, which is what attracted me to buy it. However on my second use, it started raining and after my ride, I noticed that the light became full of condensation, despite the USB charging port being securely closed. I dried the light out by setting it in the sun with the USB charging port open, but could not see any visible damage to the sealed plastic case. I used the light a couple more times in dry weather, but noticed a sporadic blinking pattern, which might have been due to the circuits being previously exposed to moisture. On its last use, I rode my mountain bike in the snow and again, the light was plagued with condensation and it stopped working half way through the ride. I am very disappointed in this product and suggest that others proceed with caution. It is too bad, because the light was super bright and easy to switch between my gravel and mountain bikes.

This Magicshine tail light is seriously bright. I ride a lot in the city, and having a light this powerful makes me feel so much safer, day or night. The brake sensor feature is amazing—it gets brighter when I slow down, just like a car's brake light, which really gets the attention of drivers behind me. The battery life is great, and it's easy to recharge with a USB-C cable. It was simple to mount on my seat post and stays put even on bumpy roads. For the price, you can't beat the brightness and features. I'd recommend this to any cyclist

Had this tail light for a few months now and its been great. Im terrible at remembering to charge these things and this always has battery life. The seatpost mount takes seconds to install and can be moved between bikes just as fast. The light is small but solid and well built. Light hardly weighs anything. The design is easy to use with a single button. There are several different modes but I just leave it in the smart mode. It gives a fading in and out during the day and a solid to brighter solid fade at night but also uses the downward illumination as well. I've included one picture. It's had to capture the brightness and spread of the light with pictures but it really draws attention to the bike.

So far so good. This light is indeed very bright with sophisticated features. What I really like about it is the easy of removing it from its mounting on the bike frame for purposes of recharging . At the time of the review I have only had it three weeks and have yet to assess its longevity. However it seems well able to cope with wet and muck from roads here in the South West.

Excellent éclairage avec plusieurs modes et détecteur de freinage intégré. Une LED verticale vient aussi éclairer les jambes du cycliste ce qui assure une bien meilleure visibilité latérale. Je me sens beaucoup plus en sécurité la nuit en étant très bien vu par les automobilistes. Pas de problème d'étanchéité pour l'instant malgré des sorties sous la pluie.

Light arrived on time.new & in proper package...Super small,bright & light weight...ezy to figure out with incl instructions..saddle mount is a snap-on (very sturdy,without bolts.clean lookn set-up)..automatic modes were a bit odd at 1st since ive never had on a light b4 but is spot on with braking.... seller is very nice
