The unit worked perfectly. The only thing that I would have you know is that if you have the Samsung 9500 model, you will need to carefully pull out the wires from the plastic plugs on your current oven and reuse them since they are different than the ones included.

Ordered this unit to repair the oven asap. Opened the box to find the wires had bare pins and no connectors. The pictures show the unit with oem connector installed.. I had to disassemble the old wires so I could install old connector on the new wires. Not an easy or fun job. Either I received an open package unit or they are not representing the product properly. If you need your oven fixed fast, not sure I would gamble with this brand.

Part came and it was a exact replacement. Installed it and stove works.

This works great, but it glows very brightly when starting the oven (much brighter than the OEM igniter). No problems so far...

Worked great after husband did the work to replace. Turned oven on to test it and it heated up perfectly and quickly to 350. Figured we had fixed the problem. Went to use the oven for actual baking- again it heated up great to 350, then sometime in the course of 40 min bake time it must have crapped out. Oven temp dropped without me paying attention,baking timer went off and I discovered the I oven temp was only at 198. Raw baked items in oven. Must be cheap part. That’s what I get for buying a cheap Chinese knock off i guess. Now on a search to find genuine replacement part.

This part worked for our Samsung but the clips on it wouldn’t work so I had to cut the old clips off the old igniter and hook them to this new igniter to get it to work

Came quickly, exact fit, installed easily

Worked for one month then died. Not a good quality product.
