great salomon speedcross gortex running shoes they look very nice and are waterproof the only issue like in the other salomon footware i own they are very tight fitting so definitely get half or 1 size up!!!

1st pair I got sent taped seams came apart in less than 1 miles use. Returned Second pair come completely wrong size. 2 pairs of unwearable trainers and a lot of hassle sorting out re delivery's. Poor all round.

On first inpsection the quality of materials and manufacture appears to be good, with the sole bonded well to the upper. However, the knobbly studs on the sole seem an odd design decision. The few that are there would in my view wear out quicker than one would expect and they dont provide a particulary good/nice walking experience. The sensation of the shoe not planting securely on the ground, creating an unbalanced feeling. Walking in these shoes certainly doesnt feel like a natural experience.The fit is very noticably narrow and way too tight for me. I'm used to a wide-ish size 11.I dont see how these are designed for running. The knobbly studs on the exterior sole and hard inner sole fail to provide that grounded feel. Also, wet surfaces such as pavements are a serious slip hazzard, mainly because of the knobbly stud-like grips on the sole - beware, they provide zero grip in those conditions.Product falls way short of being a excellent shoe.Sort out the fit and those horrible rugby-like studs underneath.Based on my experience I wouldnt recommend. Others will have different opinions and expectations.
