I have tried many products to treat my nasty looking big toenails without much success. I bought these Accallo Patches , and diligently applied them every night for a few weeks . My nails definitely cleared up everyday . In the beginning , I was putting them on upside down , I don’t think this mattered with the treatment , but once I figured out that the large portion of the patch goes down , and the two wings go up , man was I happy with the the installed patch , it fits and seals off the top of my big toe perfectly . After I put the patch on I vigorously rub the top of the patch , directly over the nail to help the jell seal into my nail

I made the mistake of putting on temporary (glued on) toenails for a wedding a couple of years ago. I am prone to getting toenail fungus, but at the time didn't have any. Those fake nails ruined my toenails, and I have been trying to get rid of the fungus since then. The Accallo Fungal Nail Patches work GREAT! I have used them for over a month, and can see the difference. It's super easy to just put them on every night and let them do their work. I can finally see that with one more month of treatment, my nails will be clear and normal again, just in time for summer!

I recently purchased these fungal patches since I have dealt with toenail fungus for years. I thought maybe since the patches are to be worn at night, the fungal "medicine" would have a longer time to penetrate the nail. I know that with most fungal products you have to use them over a period of several weeks, sometimes months, to see any improvement. After wearing these patches for a few weeks, I noticed just a slimy residue on my toenail that came from the patch. So I thought, hmmmm, let me take a look at the ingredient list to see what kind of medicinal treatment was included on the patch. So here's the list of ingredients: Polyester, Spandex, Acrylate Copolymer, Tackifying Resin, Glycerin, Water, Acrylic Copolymer, Silicone Oil, and Paper. None of these ingredients sounded "medicinal" to me so I went a little deeper. Here's what I found: Polyester is a synthetic resin in which the polymer units are linked by ester groups used chiefly to make synthetic textile fibers; the Spandex is a synthetic fabric prized for its elasticity; the Acrylate Copolymer is commonly use in skin care products as a film-forming agent. It forms a pliable covering on the skin when dried contributing to a soft after-feel. It can impart water resistance to formulations such as sunscreens. Tackifying Resins are added to rubber compounds to help bond different parts of an article together until they are cured (cured as in when super glue dries); Glycerin is a sugar alcohol used in foods, soaps, medicines and skin products. It is regarded as a humectant which is a water absorbing substance that helps keep things moist. It helps retain moisture in the skin (not what you want if you have nail fungus); Acrylic Copolymer is a type of polymer used in a variety of industries including adhesives, coatings, and personal care items. In personal care items the copolymers are used as a thickness emulsifier and film forms; Silicone Oil is used in a variety of applications including mechanical lubrication, in thermal fluids that aid in heat transfer, are mixed with hydraulic fluids, used in labs as a refrigerant, and medically used in retina surgery and as a lubricant for surgical instruments. So where, I ask you , is there listed any type of anti-fungal medication? I contacted the company for clarification and all they did was confirm that the patch is made of Polyester and then the rest of the ingredients were listed. If you're looking for a product to help you rid yourself of nail fungus, you would be better off seeking the guidance of a Podiatrist, or your local Pharmacy. This product is a sham and should not be offered on Amazon as a treatment for nail fungus. It is no more than a fancy band aid.

I just started using the fungal nail patches so I can’t tell you if they’re working yet or not. However, the bandage is great. The medicated pad covers my entire toenail on my big toe and the bandage wraps securely around my entire toe. I left it on over night and for half the following day. I took it off so I could shower but I’m sure it would have stayed stuck on my toe for the rest of the day. It’s comfy to wear and I don’t have to worry about anything dripping anywhere like I do with liquid solutions. I’ll update once I start seeing results.

First pic is from Jan. 1st. Second from Feb 4th. Last is from Feb. 28th.I used these every single night from Jan. 1st - Feb. 24th. I was seeing definite improvement up until 4 days ago when I noticed my toe was burning when I woke up in the morning. The rash on my toe has gotten progressively worse, even though I quite using the patches as soon as I noticed the rash. What happened? I had zero reaction to them for almost 2 months - then bam! Bad rash. It itches a little, but mostly it burns. It almost feels like a chemical burn more than a rash.I am giving these 3 stars as I WAS seeing improvement. I will say the quality control is not great. I had 4 or 5 patches that were not usable in the second package I bought (both packages from Amazon) for various reasons. Now I'm wondering if the last patch I used was contaminated or had too strong of medication? I just don't understand why I'd have no reaction for so long and then a pretty bad reaction. Just something to be potentially aware of.

Customer service is excellent for this product. They addressed my concerns and offered a complete refund. Not every product works for every person so to see such a positive response is great. I would definitely use other products from this company. I have used it for 3 weeks and I don’t see any change. I was reading the package and I can’t see that there is any active ingredient. It says it contains 32 patches for 3-6 months which makes no sense to me as it recommends to use overnite for 3-6 Months. I took that to mean every nite so that’s what I have done. Not any better.

I used one bag so far and can tell you that this product really works. I could see a difference in my nail within one week of using this product. My nails are now healthier and I am so happy I found these patches. I tried the nail polish products and didn't notice any difference but these patches do exactly what they advertise. FYI my patches did not have the blue plastic etc. over the sticky area that goes over the nail but that has no impact etc. to the product itself. I just ordered another pouch of these patches to keep the healing going.
