I recently purchased the SportPet plastic kennel, and although I ultimately had to return it because my dog was just a little too big, I was thoroughly impressed with its quality. Here’s why I’m giving it five stars: **Exceptional Quality:** The build of this kennel is top-notch. The plastic is thick and sturdy, and it feels incredibly durable. I have no doubt it would stand up to years of use. **Easy Assembly:** Putting the kennel together was a breeze. The instructions were clear, and all the parts fit together seamlessly. It took me less than 5 minutes to assemble it, which was a pleasant surprise. **Great Design:** The design of the kennel is well thought out. It has plenty of ventilation, which is essential for keeping my pet comfortable. Love this product. Perfect size and easy to put up and fold back down and store in the house and the car. I was worried the dog would destroy it because it was light but it is sturdy enough that my 6 yr old pitbull did no damage to it. I’m using it for my 2 month old husky now. Worked wonderfully for both dogs in size. My puppy sleeps wonderfully in the kennel. I’m very happy with it and will buy two more as they are great for travelling and fit into tight spaces if need be.

We purchased this kennel to house a puppy at night and for transport to vet etc. The build quality is very good. It feels solid when put together. The ease of opening with clever design make this a great kennel. Fewer metal bars to chew at makes it comfortable for the puppy and keep her secure. The fit was as described. I looked at many models and this one was the best value for quality and ease of use.

This kennel was instrumental in me being able to provide care for my mother. It is pretty sturdy and easily broken down and set back up.. perfect size description.

Anytime we travel we just throw this in our checked bag. It’s super convenient super lightweight easy to collapse. Love this product so much 100% recommend if you have a smaller dog, I have a miniature dachshund and she loves this mini crate.

Was thankful that I got this as an open box item. It arrived with one of the plastic walls shattered. The plastic is very friable and will break given enough time. If this is supposed to be for travel and to be reliable upon assembly, this is not the product for you. For the manufacturer... please upgrade the type of plastic! This is basically waiting to become junk.

I wanted to like this product - it looks nicer than the average kennel, I like that it is collapsible, but I can’t recommend it due to durability issues. The plastic used is flimsy and prone to cracking. Mine broke near the gate hinge. It was used indoors for a couple weeks with an 8 lb puppy, so I wasn’t asking much from it. For the price the durability should be much better. Edit: I reached out to the company and they were responsive and worked to correct the issue, so I’ve updated my rating to reflect that.

I was initially hesitant to buy this crate, not because of the product itself, but because I was unsure of how much I would use it. I bought it primarily to re-introduce crate training for two of my dogs in temporary situations. At the time of purchase, there were hardly any reviews for the specific crate I chose. However, now that I have had it for several months, I am extremely happy with my decision. The measurements are 100% accurate, but the crate is a bit smaller than I had estimated for my dogs. Nevertheless, they still fit comfortably. The black and white dog in the picture is a Decker Terrier weighing 50 lbs and he fits pretty well. If he's lying in it with the door open he does hang out a bit, but we are slowly trying to introduce it to him again before closing the door because he came from an abusive situation. The other dog in the picture is my 17 lb Pug mix and he fits in the crate perfectly with plenty of room. I would highly recommend this crate to just about anybody. Not only is it extremely secure and easy to assemble, but it is also incredibly portable and easy to store. As someone who lives in an apartment and wants to maximize space, this has been a significant benefit for me.

Odd that the handle is on top opposed to the side but other than that super great, easy to set up, light, compact and secure. Would pick over a wire crate any day.
