Best anti- inflammatory I’ve ever taken. Highly recommend !

Brand and bioavailability do matter when it comes to curcumin supplements. I had been taking other brands of curcumin supplements over the past two years to help address excess inflammation in my body and to help heal some long-standing gut issues. I hadn't really noticed any changes until I started using SuppCo's app to verify the quality and bioavailability of the supplements I was taking. The FDA does not regulate the supplement market so this app has helped me choose far more superior brands of supplements and get rid of the lesser quality ones. Boy what a difference! I switched to this Thorne Curcumin Phytosome about 60 days ago. It was much stronger than my previous one and is clearly far more bioavailable as I noticed a difference in how I felt within a week compared to my previous curcumin supplement, which had no effect that I could ascertain. My knee pain is gone, my back is a little better, my gut health has improved significantly and I just feel better overall and not one headache since I switched. It's an easy-to-swallow capsule and while it's a little more expensive than my previous curcumin supplement it is noticeably more effective. I've been taking it for nearly 60 days now and the difference is absolutely noticeable. Brand and quality do matter and while I might pay a little more for higher quality, I'm throwing my money away on the lesser quality supplements so it's worth it to me to pay a little more to be able to actually feel the difference.

Quality products

I purchased these Curcumin tablets because they advertise that it helps with inflammation in your joints and boy they were right. Since I have been using the products ( now for a few months) I have not had one incident of swollen joints. Before taking this products my fingers would swell and hurt at the joints for no reason but since starting this product it has not happened again I just ordered my second bottle It has worked wonders for me and has relieved a lot of pain and discomfort from my joints I would highly recommend this product

After about 10 years of going through numerous pain relieving herbal supplements, finally this one works extremely well. I had constant pain in my feet, shoulders and lower back. Most of the times naproxen helped, this is the first supplement which has actually worked very well

I don't write reviews often, but this has been a game changer for me. I play tennis and like to stay active, but knee, back and ankle joints were always sore. I go to the gym and play tennis 4 to 5 times per week and I was struggling with inflammatory issues. This very product, after 4 days I started feeling much better and two weeks, I'm practically all good, running up the stairs and moving lightly after sitting for too long... It's really great... I was getting scare, I'm in my 40s and after a long game, I would feel pretty crappy, my back would be shot, I was thinking if in my 40s I feel this way, what will happen 5 or worse 10 years from now. You should find a way to get healthy, without that you're done honestly. The power of feeling good and positive are key to any decent form of living. As we get older we depend more on work, worry about family, kids, bills and the list goes on. Stress build these radicals in our bodies and you need to fight these with antioxidants, eat your blueberries, make better health choices, these things should be part of your routine. Not everyone responds the same way to everything, but do your research and you'll see the benefits of Curcumin and also some people may be taking this and not seeing results because maybe their issue is something completely different, just because some folks respond well to this, does not mean you will, It does not hurt to try it since stress and inflammation are a huge source of our pains, but personally for me, this has changed my life.
